Singletrack: A meandering narrow slice of heaven, a beckoning angel, a rightful absolution from the stresses of the day, a battleground for friendly rivalries, a test of tyre contact patch adhesion, a skerf of dust kicked up on a corner, the justification for buying an expensive bike, the reason for keeping a cheap bike, a dance on the pedals, a stifled smirk, an ear to ear grin, a ‘don’t look at the tree’ moment, a qualifier for pies, beer and cake. The reason for dragging yourself out of bed on a wet Sunday morning in February, in order to earn a perfect summer’s day in return.

😂sock bike
Loved the chromoly frame, they were responsive, flexible and gave great feedback. In the mid 90s when much stiffer aluminium frames came on the scene they felt like a downgrade (except in weight)
MBUK and mint sauce 🐑. I love this nostalgia trip. I had a Giant Stonebreaker as my first MTB
My guess is that you have the Alloy Stumpy under that cover (with gear cable routing).
With a maxxis dhf out front I'm not sure I'd of thought they would spec it with there own tyres
Amflow is the DJI bike brand which you can get the Avinox motor on...
This beat hited me out of nowhere🕺
Can you fit these on a folding fat tyred e bike.
So I could Noah Arizona cuz he
Know what and from Hannah
Nice to get a well presented review from someone who has actually ridden the bike extensively and in the environment it was designed to perform in. $$$, but so it goes with Pivot!
Politics and my light hearted entertainment on the Internet should never mix
can you remove the battery for charging? thanks
Where do you buy the insert 🤔
You can buy the insert here www.freewheel.co.uk/madison-eyewear-rx-prescription-holder-insert-varmclrxinsert and then take it to your optician to have your lenses added.
@@singletrack thank you.
Amazing work. Thanks for sharing. It took me 2 tries but resolved thank god!
OMG how do you ride with a 199lb helmet?
Stamp 11 only has a titanium spindle the rest exactly the same the 7
Is it true they have a max weight of 90kg?
Enjoyed that
Ashton is a legitbritish legend as much as anyone else. Cool dude
Sad to see Amanda go. She was the star, refreshing to see a woman in a male dominated industry and the reason I started buying the magazine and watching these videos again.
Thank you
My reverb stealth c1 had some squish. This hack helped for on the trail, at least a little bit. Then I got home and started reading about the reverb vent valve tool (I believe it's only for the C1) and after looking and looking for somebody to sell this tool and ship it quickly. I figured out that you can use the procedure for the vent valve tool you see in the online videos but take a smaller 8mm socket and press down the air valve+cap without the tool and slide post down about an inch and hold it down for the 2 seconds. Back up and no more reverb c1 squish. (the C1 has cursive letters reverb on the top of the seat post) So the tool is a $9 dollar piece of useless plastic. Just push the air valve+cap downwards with anything that fits into that slot, slide the post down about an inch, hold for 2 seconds and away you go.
After watching countless videos, this is the best of all and the only one that worked for me, thank you very much and greetings from Mexico
Thank you so much! I was one day away from sending my dropper back for a refund. Now it works like a charm again.
Thanks for the video. Did you use their sizing chart when making the purchase? Most charts suggest I get a large, but the Canyon site suggests medium. Thoughts?

Should have put on the hat @Benji - the military grey hat would have matched the ocean grey jumper perfectly!!!!!!
A poor solution to a non existant problem. - too fiddly - eleven more difficult when cold and wearing thicker gloves - feck all use for left handed
I use a seatpost rack for my FS bikes
Being in a wheelchair I love that app it's a godsend to me that way I don't have to get up and get into my wheelchair to go over change and control things on my Bluetty
Informative and entertaining with a bit of humor, great presenter!
Thats one of the nicest pedal assist bikes ive seen to date and yes as per benji they should of always of been called pedal assist not e bikes
Please do a separate channel for ebikes - I would call it Motorbike World
We just called a meeting of all staff to discuss your suggestion. We decided not to go with your idea. Sorry. EMTBs are a subset of MTBs. Some of us are old enough to remember getting complaints that MTBs with rear suspension were not 'Real' MTBs and it wasn't an MTB unless you feared for your spine when riding down a hill.
Hilarious.
You absolutely can use your washing machine using an AC180. I've tested it. Yes...on a low temperature short wash 20C/30C.
Did you take your washing machine camping? Or was there a really terrible powercut/laundry emergency that just couldn't wait to be washed?!
I love this. I've had to stop mid XC race to retrieve a bottle that jumped out of my cage. Never again! Although when I'm pushing myself at max power then I probably haven't got the dexterity to operate this. Back to the drawing board.
Bad, really bad interviewer 😢
You going to do an update of this?
Even when reviewing bicycle backpacks you have to include LGBT accents?, have mercy and let live LOL!.
Not sure what you mean. Can you elaborate?
Did anyone else curl their toes listening to Hannah’s story?! Who would win a game of BIKE of the Singletrack staffers? 🤘❤️🌈🕊️🌍
“Allen, have you ever thought of letting a computer do all the work for you and to take all the joy of creativity out of it?”
Would you rather win Gold at a World Champs or Olympics? Hannah’s sign off “Singletrack sodding off ‘til next week!” 🤘❤️🌈🕊️🌍
Those pressure washers are great but can be a real pain in the arse to get the water source sucked through the hose it comes with. Used with a hose on the mains and they're great
Initial test at home has been fine! There's a clip so you can clip it to the side of the bucket, maybe that helps?
Vorsprung made technical video about that suspension and shock durability. Title on youtube "Dear Bike Industry... Tuesday Tune Ep 34". I think this is mandatory viodeo if someone wanna buy Orbea.
Explain?
@@kamasu4222 In short, that type of suspension. With yoke extende shock length like in Orbea. Generate additional side load on shock. Causing faster shock wear, leaking or can snapped shock.
@@gdosiu Noted, many brands use this type of suspension link though, specalized and ibis to name a few, in your opinion what brands are doing it right?
@@kamasu4222 when you google "specialized snapped shock", you will see a lot of snapped shock pictures. Moreover specialized have list of baned shocks. Ibis stoped using strut-mount/yoke design in new HD6. It's ok when yoke is very short 2-3 cm and frame is stiff like vorsprung say.
@@kamasu4222 Specialized brakes shocks. It's well know issue. You can finde a lot of snapped shocks pictures easy. They have list of banned shocks. Ibis stoped using strut-mount/yoke suspension design in last bike HD6. Like vorsprung say in video. It's ok when yoke is short 2-3 cm and frame is stiff, straight.
The ONE-TWENTY is 130 mm travel at both ends 😉
This was great! 👏 Right on. Finding a saddle that works is hard. This is clear, concise info on what to do.
Glad it was helpful! Hopefully it's saved a few people some money buying endless saddles that don't fit :-)
So can you give a 1-10 for each one you've tested?
Worked LIKE A CHARM😍🙏 thank you so much!!!!
'Like a charm'... see, you get it. It's magic. Coming soon, crystal healing for punctures :-)
Tannus Armour was *'ignored'*...? I applaud your (otherwise) fairly thorough review...!!!
It's reviewed here: singletrackworld.com/2019/10/review-tannus-armour-inner-tubes-aint-dead/
Such a shame and a waste
