The American range product is a fraud of a product and the owner Shane knows it. The ovens fail more often than the sun rises and this guy could care less. If you find reviews, you'll notice they are mostly all bad because they have screwed many peolple with their unreliable product. Shame on shane!
Also, ground coffee sold on the shelves often contains wood and dirt as fillers so that they can keep the price down. That's disgusting, but those of us who drink only whole bean can taste the wood in the blended ground 'coffees'. I just tried some of the Great Value (WalMart) brand today and it was so woody I had to dump it down the sink.
