DO NOT PURCHASE THIS STOOL. Please read all of the 1 star reviews and know that they are accurate - this stool broke while my 2-year-old was standing on it, and she went flying to the ground. The plastic pieces that "lock" the stool in place broke off (on both sides). We'd had it for less than 1 month. I do hope that their patent is denied and the product is recalled altogether.

It only leaves them warm, almost cold, I bought it because it's already cold and I don't want my baby to feel the cold of normal wipes, but they don't heat up, and I don't know how to do it.😢

Got the swing for our baby shower. Put new batteries in it and it gives me the same issue. I turn on the swing and the display goes away and some noise comes out of the speaker.

I haven’t potty trained a toddler in 23 years, until my granddaughter came for a visit. This is the potty stool, I highly recommend! No gadgets, no noises, easy to use and portable. I would just carry it with us when we left the house, throw in a clean change and wipes. I enjoyed seeing how easy it was to get her to potty. Started with the thicker training pants, & the first day, she had a few accidents, but day two she was getting it! After 3 days I put her in the thin panties & after that…Wahoo!

I’m not finding any good instructional videos. The seat does not fit secure inside the base. If you try pulling the seat slightly from the base, it will come off which I can see being a hazard when baby gets bigger.

I’m confused by the instructions in figure 1 it shows the middle hook underneath of the two hooks on the walls and then figure two shows them all on the same level evenly? Could you please post a more specific installation video? I would greatly appreciate it! 😊
