Tantrik paddhati ka vidhi hamare guru ne nahin sikhaya hai isliye tantrik deviyon ke mandir mein we cannot benefit. There those who are initiated will do their inner sadhana for self realization. Lot of powers are gained quickly as it’s fast route but the mind can get corrupted with the siddhis and this is a great danger on the tantrik path. Tantra is not accessible by Bhakti . Our guru has given a sound path for us that can be used by all hence wasting time on visit of Tantrik temples is a useless detour for those who want to stay focused on mukti Look up Amrutha Trivedi who follows tantrik sadhana through a proper channel. It’s a tough sadhana and needs basically sanyas

Anna I like all your videos very much. I want you to make a video on soonya meditation. Not about the program held in Isha but about the pratice after learning it. What happen if someone confused about the correct mantra ? After practicing it 3 months my mind still play a lot of thoughts, how to be in thoughtless state ? Am I doing it wrong ? I closed my eyes and sat and something happened but I was kind of sad that Guru Purnima ended and I am still the same I thought. For next 2 weeks or so I noticed I was so free from lust which I have been strugling with but my mind starts playing game I am free from lust and all that nonsense and it came back again. I don't know what to say whether to laugh or cry lol.
Sometime when I just sit with eye open like the Devi Arpanam my mind becomes still or when I look at the beautiful sky and the clounds in the evening but somehow I don't make myself go into that. Man I don't even know what I want to do I just got into engineering becuase I had no other option after inner engineering which I did 4 months ago I thought I will somehow go thorough engineering but now I don't know why the hell I am doing this. I didn't have any blissful experience with Shambhavi I sometime feel more loose with it sometimes it is good peaceful feeling but I don't do it for the feeling or what I don't know man why I am doing this too.
Noone said there will be blissful experience..... Sadhguru said after shambhavi your mind and body will recover just from anything, i think this is what it does...... stability happens , I also didn't have had anything blissful thing , it's been 3 months practicing...but definately intensity within has increased.....sadhana works best when we don't expect anything.....just keep doing🙏🙏🙏
I too am practicing not had blissful experience feel bcoz i was bit irregular in sadhana but I am doing it I have got other benefits like unnecessary thoughts has just flown off mind has achieved certain calm state and many more just keep doing the sadhana continuosly with the intensity don't worry about the outcome.
