  If your xl is usually baggy then go down one. A large will give you that xl feel but if you really like oversized go with a xl.

  Yes it’s unisex. One site it was under women and another site they were under men and they were both the same.

  If you wash them in cold water there will be little to none but most garment will get shrinkage if washed in hot water.

  A xs will work. If you want that muscle shirt look a xxs will do. No mine have not shrunk.

  I'm 5'6 $150 lbs but I'm more on the bulky side wide shoulders and chest so I got a medium. It fits me oversized, but it looks fine. I think you'll be good bro just depends on your build
