The Keto Lifestyle Channel is all about teaching you how to cook easy low carb keto recipes!
I went on the Keto diet in September 2018 due to serious health issues along with a weight problem.
In 2020, I have reversed all of my problems just by eating low carb, switching to healthy fats along with the intermittent fasting tool.
I am living proof that the ketogenic diet works and now it’s time to give back and share my favorite personal keto recipes and tips weekly. I have been writing recipes for the last 15 years, some of them award winning.
Come and feel the renewed energy on my keto Lifestyle journey as we heal our bodies one meal at a time!

I’ve made this several times now with different flavors of sugar free jello-it’s so simple and I really enjoy it! Thank you for such a concise, helpful video 😊✌️
Dude you're giving away the secret recipe! 😅
Hi I saw your video. Just want to make sure I understand. You only salt at the end? Or does the marinade come already salted?
If you didn’t use pimento wood to smoke the chicken the judges opinion becomes irrelevant because you haven’t followed the authentic recipe. And using jerk sauce from a jar instead of making your own sauce is insane.
That’s what’s up man thanks for sharing!
I have a backyard full of rhubarb that I never do anything with. I am also 5 years keto. I'm trying this tonight, thanks!
Would like the recipe. Don’t see it anywhere!
Take Ray's no sugar bbq sauce...mix it with cottage cheese. To make bbq chip...ranch flavoring to make cool ranch chip..or jalapeno for hot chips...
Yumm , I have a lot of rhubarb this year. Thank you. ❤️😊
Not so much. One jarred sauce, two no dry rub, no palm sugar, please let us know where this contest is being held so we can make an extra 2k
Thank you
This was indirect, any thoughts on more traditional direct over charcoal? Maybe indirect for 3/4 then finish direct heat?
Jerk chicken 🐔 is soooooo good 🤤
It’s not washed out. And then he continues to wash it out …and let it soak to take some of the brim out. Im Lost
Lol!.
Hi. I just subscribed to your channel. You were very nice and gave me your jelly recipe over on Reddit. Then I went looking for you cracker recipe and saw that you had a KZread channel. I’m sure I’ll be trying out some of your recipes. I was wondering if you might have an idea of how much Liquid Splenda to use for this recipe. Do you think the liquid kind would work? I like the liquid Splenda because there’s no Maltodextrin in it and doesn’t cause any stomach issues. I do have Allulose and Xylitol on hand if you think I should mix a little one of those with the Liquid Splenda. Thanks for your thoughts on this.😊
I've been looking for a soft chaffle to wrap around a hot dog. I will try your batter recipe to see if it works. Thanks.
Recipe is very simple. TY
Any New Videos, Colin Cowherd.
Which 1st prize that ?
Jerk Chicken $2000 1st.place, three years in a row.
Am i hearing incorrectly or do you have an Irish accent? Sounds cool either way.😂❤ delicious looking grub
Thank you. No, that's a Canadian accent.
why no more recent videos ?
It looks like I'm taking a little break during transitioning from the cottage to our southern home. The weather was really bad in the fall at the cottage leaving zero time for filming. I'm hoping to get back soon, probably after the holidays. Thanks for asking.
Great, thanks for update.
Is the cabbage a deal breaker? Or will it turn out the same without cabbage added?
The cabbage is just an added optional bonus. You'll be fine.
somehow this is cheating
Can you please share a link to the table top burner you like? Thanks.
Nuwave Induction burner. you should get a good deal on Black Friday too. I have a couple and they work great.
Would powdered Swerve work in this? Going to try this in the oven, thanks!
absolutely! Have you tried Swerve Brown yet? Great stuff.
Yes! @@KetoLifestyleRecipes
Hey Glenn looks great, any idea on carb count?
Thank you I never trust a posted net carb count. I always do my own figures. That being said... A medium tomato is about 6 net carbs. My tomato soup recipe has six servings with two pounds of tomatoes. There is a tiny bit of onion and sweet pepper in there too. so I will say under 10 net carbs per serving. All in moderation though. A splash of heavy cream and blob of cream cheese puts it over the top delicious.
Jerk chicken isn’t from “The Islands” friend. It’s Jamaican
I should really grab the ingredients to your recipes before I watch the video. So I can make stuff ASAP. It’s pure torture not being able to bite into whatever has been made! 😅😩 Mouth watering goodness 🤤
I can almost smell it through my phone screen! Better be careful or you’re going to have a crowd of bears and chippies lining up for some curry…
Looks good!
Walkerswood tastes like burnt tires to us. Sorry. I am not a fan. I am currently ordering Grace brand which is hard to get hold of.
Grace jerk sauce is garbage compared to walkers wood. Real Jamaicans know what time it is.. This guy makes better jerk chicken than you lol.
That looks amazing! I am definitely going to make this on my next day off. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
This is the one! Finally came out spot on lol thanks for helping me crack the code and how to use Walkerswood. 🙌🏾✌🏾
Aluminium foil is toxic, use a baking sheet under the aluminium.
Can also wrap in parchment paper than the foil so not touching the foil.
Dude ppl smoke meats in foil all day every day…it’s fine.
Prolly worth figuring out a Keto crumpet for. Buckwheat , or some shit.
*I can't wait to try these as a satisfying side or snack!*
Bless u. I just found. Honored 2 a subscriber
I will try this, love jicama !!
Grace is a good one
What a good recipe! I will definitely try it. Thank you
I’ve personally had this pizza sauce before and it’s amazing!!
Thanks Jess, try the pizza soup too or I can make it next time I see you.
These look delish and easy. Looking forward to making the pizza sauce. Thanks :)
The reason for Jerk is HOT. Also Authentic Jerk requires Pimento Wood. Also with REAL Jerk legs the thighs are chopped into pieces. What you made is JERKish Chicken. Still Congrats on winning.
Strawberry fluff stuff! Love it 😁. Didn’t know you could get sugar free in both those types of ingredients.
Yummm!!!! Thanks for this one.
Love the calm water and the birds in the background ❤. I haven’t seen jicama in the grocery shops here in Northern Ireland yet. Where do you get yours? Love me some salad!
Hi Jess, check Asian or Mexican style stores. Thanks
Great recipe. Gave me the idea to buy an Ikea table, then painted the legs in 4 different colours and entered a furniture design competition. Got disqualified.😂
Looks great, keep the recipe's coming.
My mouth is watering!! 🤤 Must make these.
Looks good Glenn, I am going to try that.
