I'm really hoping that my claim may not only help me in the future but also help doctors judge people over their weight and age Just because someone is young doesn't mean they're not sick

Does brief exposures of Libby amphiboles or amphibole asbestos in general mean a guaranteed mesothelioma or lung cancer? Is there proof that a baby has been exposed to amphibole asbestos and lived to their 80s or 90s without ever developing an asbestos related illness?

Let's say the court finds the defendant liable for Undue Influence and voids the purported Trust. How will the beneficiaries recover all the assets from the valid Trust which the defendant stole? What happens if the defendant simply refuses to obey a court order telling him to put everything back into the valid Trust? Are beneficiaries entitled to being awarded additional damages for all their emotional and mental distress caused by the bad actor/defendant? Will the court take possession of all the valid Trust assets from the defendant and distribute them properly to the rightful beneficiaries?

This was so very sad and knowing the road quite unacceptable speed, however, it is also almost absolutely unique for such a speed and shouldn't be used to justify prosecution of minor infringements of the limits.

I was so devastated by Anna's death: she attended my pregnancy yoga class in the months before she died and was a bright and beautiful presence in the room every time. I think of her and her baby very often as I drive around Frome - often on this very stretch of road - and I barely knew her. I hope this message will make people reconsider the speed at which they drive and understand the impact their actions have on others.

In short, yes, the lawyer gave your wife poor advice but it’s probably too late to claim. Negligence claims involving children must be begun by age 21 or they become statute barred. Although the Court will allow a claim out of time in some situations, her medical records have likely been destroyed after 35 years and they would be unlikely to allow a claim to proceed. Unfortunately it is doubtful that a solicitor would look into this without charge as the prospect of a successful outcome is poor.

My wife is 35. She has left hemiplegia and ataxic CP. She was advised by a lawyer friend not to claim because "They would see you are intelligent and you wouldn't win". Ignorance! Because no-one explained CP to the family they equated the intellectual abilities and disabilities with the CP - NOT the PHYSICAL muscular issues and never claimed despite indications of negligence in her medical notes. As she gets older it gets harder and her family have abandoned her. Is it too late to claim?
