  This market seems more permanent than the previous ones you showed at night. Good idea too since the day temperature can be quite high and humid in Malaysia. Another good and interesting video.

  you captured history here. most stalls here been here for many decades. sadly, because of that also, some have passed away and few stalls are missing. but there's still fried chicken, porridge stall and pork noodle stall (that uncle in blue t shirt is the same uncle i saw when i was a kid) time have rolled on so quickly. hope to visit again.

  Great video. Stable, detailed and interesting without the usual meaningless talk and loud eating. If you are persistent, you will get a lot more views eventually. KZread is such that a channel that is poor and sloppy can get lots of views because it captures a large audience with a specific interest. Many are done for less than 10 minutes and with a lot less effort than you. So I appreciate KZreadrs like you. This channel Singapore Walking Tours started 2/3 years ago with views about your level, but is very successful now. I read Malaysia is now under strict movement control, looks like this type busy market still allowed. But I see complete mask compliance, which is very good. Just a couple observations....That noodle at USD2, here in the US would be about USD12, maybe USD3 in your neighbor Singapore. But Singapore average income in USD quite a bit higher, so food cost there is quite low comparatively. What is that black air drink next to the lime juice? I checked Google maps, this market is quite a distance from KL downtown. Thanks again for the effort.

Yes, Malaysia is under FMCO(total lockdown) now and I think it is not allowed open night market during this period if I'm not mistaken, This video was recorded Before MCO starts. I see, maybe street food culture makes a difference in price. I believe the drink you are referring to is black longan juice, a popular fruit in Malaysia.

  Masa kecil selalu pergi ke pasar chowrosta ni. Balik mesti beli kacang putih panas2 yg digoreng dengan pasir hitam. Cendol dekat tamil street pun sedap. Nasi kandar tamil street pun menjilat jari. Syok tengok apek botak lenggang kulit popia.

  Very well done and interesting video. This market looks clean and organized. In the US, we do not have interesting markets like this. Looking at condo prices in this area, seems like an affluent location in Penang.
