Hey Kathi, The sellers always have the right to select the selling price. We always provide a comparative market analysis and run a capital gains tax estimate and we have a method to help the seller see exactly what they will end up with after a sale. This pool accommodates the two buildings you see in the video. The sales agent told me there is a new pool pump that will be installed so the pool should be back up & running soon! Really like that Funicular and of course the are stairs adjacent to it.......always leave a small tip in the tip box for the operator, but not required or necessary.

A family membership which includes the couple and kids below 24 year old has a price of around $2,000 pesos a month This membership gives acces to: Club house SPA Sport club Beach club Shuttle buses
