Thanks for sharing the information about multicodes. I have a project where I have to record 2 lines at the same point for example cable type and surface type when doing as built for electric cables. Is it possible to give different string numbers for each code in multicode?
Hi Holly. Thanks for your great videos
Hi there, we use this point name format a lot, but with our initial at the start, eg LM240701A 001. Is there a way to have this point sequence applied to observed control, topo and stake out if you using these different type of survey operation? Thanks.
Life saver
What about geodetic settings?
This is manual classification. Any procedure on how to classify it automatically or semi?
Can multiple controls sync at the same time?
Hello Jay - in short the answer is yes. As long as each controller has an active software warranty and the users have been added to the project - then yes. One other update to this older video is most of the video workflow is still current. However, the biggest change is the number of connect business licenses per warranty is now 1. Otherwise minor changes. Contact your local Seiler Sales Representative for details. www.seilergeo.com/contact-us/
Amazing trick! Thank you! Every time you zoom in closer or father and regen, it adjusts the line scale to what you want : )
CORRECTION: The Regenerated "correct" scale in the viewport 1) doesn't hold for long; after going back into model space, the Line scale returns to being incorrect inside the VP. 2) Even when it looks correct in the VP, it Prints in PDF the incorrect scale. If you or any other Autocad experts have any tips on how to handle this, I'd love to know.
Is there a fix for geolocation in the latest version? Mine doesn't work
Sorry you're having issues. Can you elaborate a little on what is not working on it?
Thank you. With this profile view, you see the hight difference between the surface and planed hight?
thank you brother
THANKS
Road placement is wrong. Its cutting so many contours
Do you have to level the DA2 to get accurate measurements? Is it possible to pair the DA2 with an Emlid Reach RS2+ to set my base position? How would I get my point coordinates from the DA2 to my Emlid?
Nice
Very nice
Great video!
Thank you for the informative video, it was well put together. Is there any hope that Revit will eventually allow the point cloud visibility to be turned on and off by classification just like it is for regions?
Thanks! Used to use mmb for pan for way too long to re-learn for the newer version defaults, but just as usual was unable to find mouse settings in that DISPLAY section 🤪
Is the NAD83 (2011) what the DA2 always uses as the default? Is it not actually using WGS 1984? My AGOL maps are all WGS 1984 Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere and NAVD88 Height and I get "incompatible location profile" errors all the time in Field Maps but my points are right where I expect them when overlaid. I assume things are automatically getting transformed to my maps somehow? For my GNSS output in Mobile Manager, it is Auto, for geoid it is set to EGM96 (Global), the default settings. So in Field Maps, do I add the NAD83 (2011) like you (I am in Pittsburgh, PA if that matters), or is WGS 1984 (I assumed all Trimbles were using WGS 1984) ok?
Brilliant. Thanks mate
Galileo HAS can match RTX 10cm and its free.
Thankyou soo much
Thanks so much! Knew Trimble would have an easy transfer function but finding it would have been a battle. Legend!
who needs toolbars? use the shortcuts!
What about coordinates? What if the model is appended not in the correct position?
Huzzaaa!!!
What is EU Model, it is necessary to do RTK Drone survey.
👍🏻
This is cool and all, but it's of little use in construction drawings development. All of this information would be reported on the Storm Analysis Table, and Sanitary Analysis table already. Most of which gets generated by exporting all the cad info into a calculation spreadsheet. What would be more convenient to know, is if there's a way to create a pipe and structure schedule that just adds up all the linear footage of each pipe size, and all the structures of same type.
Why are my units in meter and not nad83 elevation incorporated? How can we make them different? In illinois
Great video, gang. What a dataset. Love the bluegrass backing track also, very peaceful.
Am i tripping, or most of the stuff you are clicking on doesnt show up in the video?
I thought maybe it was just my computer I think the video is very much delayed to the audio.
when i do the first command the polyline disappears what should i do?
Thank you man, I can't explain how much this helped me!
💔 "PromoSM"
thank you, you were straight to the point!
I wanna the program with acrack plz 2022
Nice Video Joe. This will be useful.
Extremely helpful vid. Thank you so much. Question: we do not see a "blue +" @1:26 on lower right of our Field Maps. Any idea? Is the Filter categories are preset (and how) prior to be on site?
Check to ensure that you have Enabled Editing at the Feature Service level in your Feature Layer settings. If this is enabled, and you still do not see the "Add Data" blue checkbox, verify that Geometry editing is enabled, and also make sure that there are no editing restrictions set at the Map Viewer or Field Maps Designer level.
Thank you for posting this information, it was very helpful.
Handy
thank u so much
With the increase in accuracy, improved beam divergence, and five returns, has DJI eliminated the random drift issue of the L1?
Thanks!
Thanks for the opportunity to push the boundaries of mobile mapping on this unique project underground
Thank you! We appreciate your contributions to this industry @benshinabery9540
Way too hard to follow, had to give a thumbs down.
Great video!
Thanks Run!
I like that DJI Terra processes DEM files. It's a huge hassle to make one using other programs.
Great feedback! Thanks for watching and commenting.
