Hello I’ve been emailing you and customer service told me that if you are not from the USA or Canada, you can transfer the money via PayPal and the price of the device, and the cost of the delivery and and this is what I did I said the price and I sent him the cost of the delivery and they told me after 10 to 5 days you can receive your device and now I complete three weeks and every time I email you no one answer and the ignored my message and neglecting my emails

customer service for this nightmare product is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. They never tell you about exchange rate until after the product is paid for which is quite deceiving considering it's being repped by a canadian gym. I paid $180 shipping just to have another $90 duty added to that once it was delivered, which was NEVER explained to me prior to shipping. I have spent $1000 dollars Canadian for this product after the exchange rate, shippong and duty fees. This is simply not an option for anyone outside of the US unless you are extremely wealthy. Oh, I also waited 3 months before receiving a tracking number. I have yet to use this product and I already hate it. OH and it's made in China! Also something that was kept quite confidential until after payment. Definitely the highest priced piece of equipment I have EVER seen made in China! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
