  Thank you...I have to try this when I get home...my 1000 keeps turning off as I begin to connect to the device...no idea of why... I'm using both Serato and a back up is VRDJ24.. Any tips would be appreciated...👍🏿👍🏿

  Anyone know why when recording on this mixer, on playback theres no sound? I haven't been able to record any mixes as yet cos its just being a bitch. No explained reason why it doesn't playback. Help please!

  Found a very simple way to fix that, just uninstall the ddj1000srt driver's then Open your serato dj software connect the dj machine the software will tell you that you don't have driver's for that controller then just click on the download driver option and it downloads everything for you thank me later 😊😊

  I have a 2017 MacBook Pro I installed Ventura I updated my drivers on my 1000 SRT and now I’m getting massive lag on the display and when I’m running dj serato pro I only use my laptop for DJing, so I’m not running no other programs. There’s nothing in it but serato

  Works temporarily. Everytime I dj at this restaurant, it always says no audio driver even after having installed it and restarting computer. It worked when I first did this, but that’s it. Idk why it won’t automatically pop up

  Baller! Thanks for the video, it helped me! It seems like a pretty simple fix but having a step by step reassured me I was doing the right thing. Plus I wouldn't have thought about restarting my laptop a second time.
