Just saw this and chuckled a bit as I’ve lived in Manalapan for over 25 years. There are some beautiful homes here and great parks with pretty decent schools as well. Other towns nearby in Monmouth County may be a bit more wealthier though.

They are some of the best people you will ever meet . Some can be a little withdrawn but they probably don't feel like being a tourist attraction any more than you or I feel like being stared at . People ask a lot of odd questions and make strange and often rude comments. After all what "is" normal considered to be these days ? I appreciate them and respect them.
