Congratulations to both of you. My husband and I have similar plans (retiring in Ghana) - I'd love the opportunity to chat with you.

Hello Lisa, I live in Asebu and I can’t wait to start building in September. Your journey has been amazing to watch. For your safety don’t show anymore of your home. There was a series of break ins in Asebu. All of them had showed their homes and things on KZread. They literally gave a tour of how to break into their homes. Please be careful!

You are doing it in the garden. Sis cinnamon powder or sticks will be your best friend when it comes to balancing your sugar. It also helps me with my low blood sugar. It simply blocks the body from absorbing carbs which of course turns into sugar. See if it makes a difference for you. I put it in my tea and coffee. Sharing is caring.
