It’s great you mentioned and showed the raft, many people don’t realise the unexpected cost and delay to the project when you don’t have good ground. 👍
This is turning out to be great semi detached house with the additions to the side and rear. Just a few things worth mentioning for people possibly in a future video. The 6m rear extension on terraced or semi detached house is a permitted development but still requires a prior approval larger home extension application which is a neighbourhood consultation. It’s important to mention if the neighbours object for example due to light, the planning department take the default position based on the 45 degree light rule and refuse the application. The appeal process is available after a refusal. Also the permitted development doesn’t apply to all properties, like those in conservation areas, article 4 direction or when PD right have been removed.
Major house envy. The amount of knowledge and understanding I have picked up subconsciously is frightening. When you talked about the 6 metre extension I went permitted , then you said about the ground and I went hmmm rafting system. I watch a lot of property developers on KZread and hands down your content is consistently the best out there.

There are far too many landlords, 40 years ago about 14% of homes were owned by landlords now its a majority, the system is stacked in favour of landlords
I think it's worthy to note that ventilation by opening windows and trickle vents avoids so much damp and mould caused just by living in a house.

Great video. I always see it as challenge when planners say we won’t support an application like this or we want you to do something on a smaller scale etc. A good design access statement and planning statement makes a huge difference. Also having all the necessary assessments and reports. We like to breakdown local planning policies, and use national planning policy frameworks to support our applications. If they refuse, there is always the appeal process.
Currently doing a 2 bed terraced house. Full back to brick refurb. Studded out all external walls and ceilings. Insulated. Boarded. Skimmed. Full new retire. All new plumbing. New bathroom. New kitchen. Doors. Skirts etc. on target for around 25k but doing all the work myself so you can probably double that.

According to financial experts in the U.S.A . he's not such a great businessman and lost so much money through some really bad business decisions.Apparently If he'd just left the money he inherited from his father in the bank he'd richer than he now purports to be. Don't forget only a few months ago he was found guilty in court of exaggerating his wealth in order to get lower interest rates on his loans.
This was proven to be a lie for his interest rates. The facts are his net worth is in the billions. Plus I don’t believe there are financial experts richer than him so they aren’t qualified to give advice. Thank you for the feedback though I will take a look 🙏🏼

It was proven in court he exaggerated his wealth to obtain loans, financial statements that the court has deemed fraudulent. The judge ruled that trump and his company, the Trump Organization, committed years of fraud by exaggerating the value of his assets and net worth on the financial statements he gave to banks, insurers and others to make deals and secure loans. Trump own financial chief acknowledged in testimony that information in the financial statements wasn’t always accurate!!! Ste by making such comments you’re tarnishing your own credibility!

No one deleted your comment at all, you manage to cut down a garden for £500. Absolutely fantastic well done; no idea why you would think that would be deleted. The comment on trump I responded to and it’s not just visible to you. We delete comments if we know they are untrue or not in line with company policy. You being able to do a garden for £500 has no bearings on anyone’s future or property journey.

Trump is a genius at promoting himself but hasn't made much money in business, Trump Tower was really good but then he lost it all on a bunch of casinos. Let's not forget he inherited all his money, Trump is not self made like Richard Branson. Good video though!
