Thank you for the video. If you download spotify on the car. Is it capable of displaying the song artwork at the same time as built in Google Maps is running. I know it can do this if you use Android Auto playing spotify through the phone. I would like to know if the downloaded version of spotify on the car display works well. Thanks.

I’m guessing you can get the SiriusXM icon through the “All apps” setting that you scroll all the way down on. I may be wrong, but i would check there.

Can you open the engine hood from the outside? We recently had an event where our 2020 Ascent "bricked." We couldn't open it with the fob, the sensors on the vehicle nor the physical key. To get it back we had to disconnect the battery to reboot the control chips.
Not that I am aware of. The emergency key should have still let you into the vehicle if the battery in the fob was dead
2023 n 2024 suck so much electrical problem

That will be in the main screen settings. It should do it automatically if you have it set to auto!
Has anyone ever tried this? Install a USB dash camera on the Subaru head unit (factory head unit) where you need to access the USB dash camera and install the app from the USB dash camera. Then you can VIEW the camera on the factory head unit. Question: Can the Subaru head unit allow to installation of an external app on it? (This app came with a USB dash camera.

The previous owner of my wrx seems to have removed the vehicle options from the screen and I cant figure out how to get it back. Any suggestions?
Some of the options may be in the smaller screen above the touchscreen. Use then up/down switch in between the center air vents to do it!

Is it normal for the car to have a rough start up? Whenever my engine turns on or off my car shakes (as if you were going over a speed bump is the best way I can describe). Been that way since I got it but it startled everyone who gets in my car…
It's normal to shake a bit but you can always have your dealer take a look at it
I wish the left-side dash buttons (Rear Door opening, etc.) would face UP towards the driver's eyes instead of being built downward. My feet don't see so well and button that aim for my feet are POORLY designed. Want the driver to see them easily? AIM THEM UP. Why hide buttons? Do you want the drivers to see them or not?
What if your car doesn’t have those triggers/ buttons? My Impreza is 2017 version
Only models with EyeSight have those buttons

i swear those extra cargo spaces are such a major selling point to me. i cant think of any other vehicle ever that has efficient, organized cargo space of that size.
Clean your USB C port on your phone and you won't get the glitchy behavior. You will then notice that the cord plugs all the way in and is very secure.
How do you make it so everytime you start the car, it’s individual mode? It keeps Reverting back to normal after shutoff.
I believe the car will either start in comfort or normal because of the auto engine idle stop feature
Ive tried multiple cables and 2 phones. I have constant disconnections when i go over bumps. I lose my maps exactly when i need it. Its becoming a safety hazzard trying to reconnect. Please allow wireless.
