Thanks for info on hair regrowth, taking 2500 IU's of Biotin daily. Good to know. My hair started falling out after the pandemic. It stopped, but I have a lot less volume. (Hmmm, sometimes that's a good thing, LOL, less to worry about.) But I would like to get some volume back. RE: EYE FLOATERS, just wondering if you dabbed it on your eyelids right before bed?? Because putting it on your lids, the heat from your body would cause it to seep into your eyes - then you'd have blurry vision - just from the oil floating on the eyeball. When I accidentally put moisturizer too close to the eye area, it seeps into my eye, and it burns like hell.

Just started using Castor Oil on my entire body, incl face and neck. First time using it. I found it quite thick and heavy. I just massage it in real good, and the heat of my hands help get it spread all over. My question to anyone out there with more experience than me is, if I use it all over - are you all showering it off the next day? Because that would seem like a lot of baths and showers. I only shower twice a week. I showered more often when I was younger. Now, in my 70's, my skin is so terribly dry. I try to keep it down to twice a week. Just wondering how others are experiencing using this thick oil. Thanks to the community for any insight.

My old self-concept was one where I was afraid to express my needs, so I resonate with your self-love journey and growth. All the best!

I use it on my face in the morning & leave it on till the next day. It sinks in & doesn't stain my pillows at night. I've mixed some in with my regular hair oil, its a great sealant. Moisture first with a leave in, oil to seal it in. Then I use my regular styling products. NO MORE FRIZZ. Once a week I put it on my scalp the night before wash day. I use an old towel on my pillow. Castor oil is amazing.

In the past have suffered terribly from constipation because of a dose of antibiotics…they completely stripped my linings from mouth to you know where for 5 yrs!! Am vegetarian & very mindful of my diet. Even now I get bouts until I started using the castor oil! It’s a game changer, wish I’d known about it back then! Have started using it everywhere on my body I think could do with some help ☺️

@@nicoeeek.7181I can only vouch for what I do…2 drops into the belly button before sleep, cover with a pad so as not to lose any on the sheets. Leave on over night. There are plenty of videos about this subject with testimonials too…castor oil apparently is good for lots of things I’ve heard.

@@AgnesVivarelli hiii Agnes my darling!!! I was tryna to respond to you yesterday when I saw this but was unable to send my message my phone died right in the middle but my results were amazing!! I actually used a cold pressed castor oil from ShinyLeaf. Someone recommended to me that the cold pressed is more organic and when my mom used it I started using it right after and immediately got addicted. It grew my hair longer, made it thicker and curlier. I had severe acne when I was an adolescent and sometimes I break out when I feel stressed or sad but it’s minor and leaves little scar. I used the castor oil and it made it go away. I also used that to grow my eyebrows lol especially when I accidentally cut them and it’s really uneven or I overdo it and I don’t have any and have to draw them! It really works. Wow this is a blessing! And I was so grateful I saw this video when I did and that we had a conversation that wasn’t just about sp. I think about my sp a lot Agnes, and almost every little thing I do reminds me of him. He really does inspire me to change. I’d really love it if we communicate again but guess what?! Fabulous news I got a job. I will start on Friday. I asked specifically for that day because I wanted to spend these two days getting more organized and completing my resume for the job I truly desire and would love to learn from and get certified. I believe this job is ideal for me because it will help think more independently; it’s good practice for developing research skills. I want to be a scientist and an engineer and so much more lol but let’s start small before I get overwhelmed again with all those de thoughts but this time I’m taking it one step at a time and being more responsible by keeping track of my progress and tasks complete. Staying organized and building a routine and better habits it’s so important to me because having that sense of security makes me feel like it’s possible to manage my feelings and control some of my reactions to things especially when I’m triggered because my sp challenges me to overcome the trauma I have with relationships with others and it challenges me to see things more positively especially with other women. At least that’s why I’m hoping for and trying to believe because he can be accountable for his word. He demonstrated that with his past support and by completing a difficult goal which was actually one of my past aspirations which was shocking. That’s why I think he’s the one for me and would like to date him again and for us to get to know each other again this time but to take our time in trusting each other and enjoy each others companionship! When I saw the video of you saying isn’t it wonderful to be with your flock, I was so happy. I consider you as part of my flock Agnes. You keep me grounded and inspire me so much to learn to accept all of my emotions and to be more responsible with them with my reactions. I am so grateful for all of your videos. I know I’m not a robot and I’m far from perfect but sometimes I try to be when it comes to the things that’s really important to me but I’m learning how to deal with those things and I can say that I am proud that I am not where I was before, sometimes I still feel hurt but I’m learning to get through them. I’ll work on completing my resume and developing a schedule because meditation, reviewing your videos and taking notes, also doing self reflections, and seeing what works for me until I start your coaching lessons are so important and I don’t want to just work and have that be the center focus of my life that I lose focus or no longer pursue what’s important to me. I want balance and to be able to share my happiness with other people :) love you Agnes🌸🌸🌸🌸💕 And thank you
