Would the papers with coffee flowers be water safe?
Great ideas! I found you from Junk Journal July and love your ideas and techniques. I’ve wondered about the inside of the Amazon envelopes, great idea. Love your voice also, very calming. New subscriber here!
Just amazing how self made rather than store bought flowers can look so good. I can already see them im multiple projects. Thk u for the inspo 🎉❤
What a lovely idea. My flowers and butterflys are already drying. Tomorow i will give them some character 🌸
Really helpful thank you!
I really like these pages !! I’m going to add some coffee to my gesso I love the simple flowers you made with q-tip and toothpick ❤ so beautiful!!! Thank you so sharing with us!
So glad to hear your voice and see your page❤❤❤
You have such a nice, clear voice. Your videos are very professional. I found you looking for ideas. They are very practical and inspiring. Thank you.
I love these!
Thank you for the inspiration and techniques for using coffee. You have a really nice voice also.
Lovely!!!
I discovered the same thing with the Amazon packaging. I used some to make a journal cover and it's so squishy and scrumptious . What a great idea to use it as a textured background to add interest 🤩
Gorgeous page Shemi. I'm using the Junk Journal July prompts to help finish an art journal I started but am being a rebel and using them out of order. LOL. The children you are teaching this summer are certainly blessed to have you as their teacher! 🩷🩷🩷
I can't wait to try adding some instant coffee to some gesso! What a great idea!
Love your pages!❤️❤️
Very nicely done!
I love your page. So many textures. I am definitely borrowing the instant coffee tips. I never thought about mixing with paint or gesso before. Tfs❤
Good morning 🌅
Love these birdies!
The white border around them made a world of difference. Have not used paint on my grid Pages yet but it may be worth a try
Here, 9 years after the video posted. Thank you so much!
Love your colours!
Love this !❤
I could not figure out this technique! Thanks for making a video.
love this, thanks so much (i have several palette knives but just like you, i sometimes am in such an urgent hurry to ensure that something works that i use my fingers, that was amusing so thanks for the smile :-) Bless you. x
Way more helpful than the company's video. Thank you.
Great idea
Cool
Beautiful journaling! I will definitely try this. I had to turn the sound off though, there was a shrill on the microphone.
Helpful. Would u have guidance for a 9x12?
Thank you ! This video helped so much!
These are so cute. I’m making some soon.
These are so beautiful! Where’ve you been? You need to post some more beginner-friendly tutorials. We all need that. Especially doodling in any/every medium!😃
I love your video!
Super cute!!
Love this!!!
I freaking love these paints. Shake em up and go NUTS!!!!!
I bought one new and it was totally dried out. I’m gonna try the water method. It was sealed and everything.
Thank you! I will be using this method to airbrush my twin daughters’ cakes! 😊
In the video you say 4 tablespoons but the description says 4 teaspoons of marble dust.
After painting them, can a sealant or resin be used?
I would like to share that I found the ingredients of my eyeshadows have mica in them. I used my old bronzey and glittery shadows worked great in my art projects.
Sus proyectos son muy diferentes pero una recomendación con todo respeto… El ruido en el fondo molesta ….
Lovely video Shemi, thanks so much for sharing. Watching your page come together was relaxing, going to give it a go.💖💖
Great idea! This looks like a great way to spend an evening...making fodder!
I’m confused! lol At 4:56 You say, “if you add more medium it’s going to be more transparent and if you add more glue it’s going to be more opaque.” I thought you were using the glue _as_ the medium! I want to make my paint more translucent, so does that mean I increase the ratio of glue to the paint or vice versa? Oh, and would a standard PVA glue work or does it have to be decoupage glue?
Hello Shemi, Can I use more than one layer after letting dry the first one?
Love that you show the whole creative process! Thank you
Thanks for making this video. I never thot of using tissue paper or napkins for my Prsyer Bible tabs. Just one more option for my tool box!!! Sorry you got so many neg. & demanding comments. As I see it, you got smacked when offering such a helpful tip. Don’t let it affect you. Keep sharing your tips!
That’s a great idea, Shemi and a beautiful page! Thank you for sharing. Hugs from across the Pond ❤❤❤
