Hello, Im Ray owner and operator of Speed Tweaks.
I started this channel for 3 reasons really
A- Show vehicle owners that its not just 'Plug it in and the computer will tell you whats wrong'
B- To try and help techs or anyone looking to do some diagnostic type work on their vehicles. Im not going super in depth but keeping things as straightforward as I can and trying to keep tooling used fairly straightforward. The aim being rather than some of the great diag techs on youtube, more to emulate the real life, high pressure rush rush rush environment of most garages.
C- To try and give my business speedtweaks.co.uk a little bit of exposure, because hey a dudes got to pay the bills

A have the same values. Engine is idleling fine when worm, but when cold it idles like yours at minute 13:05. Any tips ? Thank you.

Top top lad, thank you mate. 5 year old video, almost 10 versions newer in the Autel OS, and the item was in a different location, but you've saved me so much agro! It was under: Keys & Immob (where you went to, to show it WASN'T gonna work), it has now got the Reset ELV Fault Counter option! Thanks mate

Część,ja mam problem z tym czujnikiem ,nie widzi go sterownik ,czujnik jest sprawny ,ale coś jest nie tak ,na kompie pokazuje -40 ,po odłączeniu tego czujnika też pokazuje -40 ,Sterownik do wymiany czy trzeba wgrać nowe oprogramowanie ? Jakieś pomysły ? pozdrawiam

Thanks for uploading. I also found this wire to be causing intermittent locking issues and leaving indicators on too. Cut and re made the connection and seems ok now. Great video, helped me fix the issue. ❤

Do not again do not copy what this lad is doing in the video. It is incorrect. To add to this , as someone has already mentioned. 0.0 kW on torsion value may not be correct & may be a case that the cam is out of range/ tolerance = correlation error. Vehicle will not start & potentially cause damage if adjusted too far. At no point on ELSA PRO VWAG does it mention to adjust torsion values. If the timing circuit has been done correctly as per Manufacturers spec , then there should not be an issue. I am a Certified main dealer Audi technician.
I agree with you on this, Elsa does not mention anything like this. But this does allow smoothness of a lumpy engine. On issues I have with the process is the possibility of loosening the cam centre bolt. The bkd engine is not the smoothest of engines and this adjustment does help. As you are a main dealer tech what would you recommend to fix the lumpy idle even if timing has been done perfectly with all pins correctly in place?
Hello my friend, I have the same problem, they reset the counter of the elv and cas, at first it only worked for me a few days later it appeared again, I have taken it to the same workshop and they did the same procedure again only this time they could not manage to erase the warning light of the steering wheel with the lock in red and sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesn't. Any ideas I can do? Help 🙏🙏 .

Yes your video really help. Just suffered loss of power on the motor way, managed to limp out of danger. Now I can go confidently to my mechanic and mention the common fault. Saving him time and me money of him finding fault. Cheers buddy

Its a wire problem probably pin cracked or coroded i have this on my audi caussing my car to judder and stutter i simply disconnected and car drove well , then swapped it with a new egr problem didn't go away , now i found out it was a coroded pin caussing the egr to fail . Fixed it after cleaning pins from the connector
