YUP....Pretty cool. You can tell the two frame rails are doing there job and carrying most of the weight from the get go👍🏻

The wheel wells are junk and every one I have seen around town has the wheel wells sagging. It then creates cracks everywhere at the end corners and center of the diamond plate as the saggy metal flops up and down as you drive. I had to weld all the cracks and added a 1x1 square tube center support off the shackle/hanger mount up to a plate welded to the bottom of the wheel well, then it was 100% fixed for a year so far. In the end if they are going to keep using less than 1/8th" wheel wells they need to add center supports. Oh, the ramps barely hold an 8k lb excavator, I plan to add tubing on the underside of the ramps where the edges are bent under like c channel. Those bent under edges flared out so I had to use a sledge hammer to bend the "c channel they formed" back under it straight so it wasn't too wide and would fit in the ramp slide-in mounts. The ramps are straight and not sagging but they flared out at least 1/2". Luckily I have only had to rent an excavator 3 times. The light in the box is great, charging outlet is great, the front box hydraulic the holds the door open died in a year. Otherwise it's been great, the supports are fine I have dumped hundreds of loads of dirt, mulch, gravel, trash, etc. The floornis so thick I have even scraped mud out of the bed with my flat blade tractor backhoe and made no dents like othe trailers have the valleys. Oh, also I keep a can of rusteum high end universal black paint in the box and spray scratches all around every month or so. The rubber tube covers eventually pop out a little so I used quad siding cualking to glue them in but also its soft enough to pull out the caps if I ever need to. I have lost only one cal now. No issues with the lights! Herculese tires would have been better than china bombs as two have blown and I have started upgrading them to G or H rated(can't remember) Hercules. I would buy it again, but have the well supports added right away and see if the dealership would have added legit tires as a upgrade.

I'm looking to add hydraulic log loaders to my sawmill. my mill will cut 36 in logs just wondering how your log loader handles larger logs would you make any changes

  • @clifftopforest8727

The hydraulics handle it with not a lot of problems. I put a 22" white oak log that was 13' long on it yesterday. I would recommend having wider support jacks than I have. It would help it stay more stable when lifting it.

@@clifftopforest8727 i was thinking the bottom lift arms should be a bit longer. Also i will be doing a lot of traveling to cut logs how dose it load on the bead? or how easy is it to remove?

Good stuff! We have a stationary TK1220. After seeing how you made yours mobile, we'll definitely go this route versus setting it on a trailer frame. good job!

We've had our for a little over a year and towed it across the country twice. They drive exceptionally well loaded and empty. The lighter weight opens up room for more payload. I wish it had tailgating doors, but I know that they make them with that option. I'll probably just make my own. I'd get the same trailer again.

Hi, I am looking at buying one of these. I see at the end you drove off and the doors were open. Are the doors finicky on these trailers or was that just operator error? Thanks for the demonstration of the bed. That has a nice lift.

@@user-gi2nn2tp3r ended up buying one. It's a great trailer. I really have no complaints. I would suggest that if you plan to haul concrete or scrap metal , consider lining the bottom because the floor is thinner (compared to other trailers) . It has a crazy high dump angle with the scissor lift which is very nice.
