What were those pieces from which you used to demonstrate?
One doubt madam. How to play songs in violin without seeing staff notes. What steps to be followed? Thanks in advanced.
One thing I have noticed over the years is the difference between a violinist and a fiddler is in violin music the entire piece of music is played on each string one part at a time while as fiddlers will use chords using 2 or more strings in their music. Now the violinist also prefer to use the high bridge which allows for playing one string at a time more accurately while the fiddle has the lmedium or low bridge which allows for playing two or more strings at a time resulting in two distinct styles of music.
Thank you for your help with the sharp and flat notes. Would it be possible for you to enable the download of the sheet music for the scale exercise you introduce in this video? I have not been able to do so. Playing along with you has been the best learning experience. Thank you.
You can find all the Scales in the video here: violinspiration.com/practice-this-every-single-day-beginner-violin-lesson/, please click the "Download" button and fill in your email address so we can send it to you. That was fun. Not at all att this level to play it fast but it was real fun to hear it on the violin. I will try any way, Can´t be bad to practice. Thanks
Glad to hear you enjoyed it! Thank you for trying Lucie, and happy practicing 🤩
No es buena la explicación
This seems perfect for when you have anxiety before practicing. Practice in the woods!!! I need to try this😅
It's also good practice for articulation.
So Cool!! I'm ready for this piece and I love it and the way you've presented it.
Thank you, I'm glad you like it 😀
Super🥰🥰🥰
Q hermosa pero difícil !!
Hay algún arreglo para principiante ?
Thank you, Mam from Bangladesh ❤🎉😊
You're welcome! 🤗
I was a bit confused at first regarding fingering but it makes sense. Actually it more than makes sense. Because I have rapidly worsening rheumatoid arthritis, it had become impossible to use my first finger on the G string - D string. The way it is twisting, the bone just doesn't allow me to play A or E. HOWEVER, being able to shift up so that my 2nd finger is close to my first, it works out great. I will probably be using this on other things I thought were just lost to me. It will take practice to unlearn this - as a beginner, 1st position, if the note is between lines it is played with even numbered finger 0 or 2 or 4. If a line crosses the note, it's odd, played with finger 1 or 3. When first learning the notes, that was just what helped me memorize them. My memory trick for finger placement when flat/sharp = flat, you pump UP & sharp, you cut DOWN. Thank you. I was beginning to think I had just waited to long to start playing. I know I will never be very good, but just playing scales or playing open strings, when I hear and feel the note, whatever it is I'm trying to play, when it's right, it just feels good. That's good enough for me.
I'm so glad to hear that you've found a way to keep playing despite the challenges! Keep going, and enjoy the beautiful music you're creating 😊🎻
Very nicely done and clear. Easy to read and follow

What if somebody thinks I'm dumb because I need markings? Scared.
Brilliant, I really struggle with speed, and on the top of it are my nerves as well, and my teacher knows it. I will gladly practice this way. I love your videos Julia. Many thanks.
