Nothing better than a Yorkshire accent 😊 love mine but once got told it was too colloquial after a manager listened to a call (worked in call centre 😉) and at school I was told not to do French as it would sound horrendous. That was when I lived in Skeggy as a teenager before coming back to Altofts. Love listening to you guys 😊

Definitely try the cake pops. I think they are moist enough and they are chunky enough that you're not biting the stick. Don't get me wrong, they aren't cheap - but worth it!

Aer Lingus - £100 compensation. That's ridiculous. I would just keep hassling them - contact your travel insurance? You may have had something in that which would compensate you in the event of flight cancellation.

It makes sense Hugh would like the 'odd' or less popular candies (licorie 🤢). haha While I love M&M, I do agree these speciality stores are super expensive. I will take a good ole bag from the corner store. I love pandas too and cried when I saw them at the San Diego Zoo. I hope Bonnie gets to see these cuddly bears soon. Maybe she'll do a trip report for us? Lastly, Lucie's face is totally justified at the end of the video. I can't believe the low refund you guys were given! Might be worth investigating the insurance or credit card trip delay reimbursement. It can be a pain, but could also help fund Disney $ for Tokoyo. Sounds like everyone is going in 2026. Thanks for always giving us a great show.
Hey guys. I'm so sorry I missed the show tonight. I was actually ready last week, because I suddenly had tons of DLP questions popping into my mind and I thought perfect timing that I can ask in the show, but now I missed it 😢 But I'm still gona ask 😉 1. I was wondering, wether I'm allowed to bring a pocket knife into the parks. I always carry a pocket knife to cut fruit for the kids. 2. Is there an ATM available in the parks or disney village or the hotels? 3. Do you know, if there are wheelchairs available for rent? I know you can rent a pushchair for the kids, but what about the grandparents for which the walking gets too much?
Hi, Tanja! 1 I would say that's almost certainly a no as the scanner will pick it up at security. 2 Yes! I think there's one in one of the arcades, but certainly in the Village. 3 Yes! Wheelchairs can be rented at the pushchair place at the bottom of Main Street on the right.

There is, but it’s not like WDW. They have strict rules about what you can trade for and very few places it takes place. - Chris
I couldn't believe how fast the extra time goes, especially in Epcot! I think if I did it again I would skip fireworks as they ate up almost a fourth of it. Magic Kingdom felt more valuable as there are so many more attractions near each other plus it was a later start: 11pm-1am so even less crowded. Great video!
We’d love a ‘budget’ trip to Dlp vlog. Always dreamed about annual passes but don’t know how cheap you can do the rest of it for. But we do love our Dlp snacks ❤

Thank you for talking about the price changes. I have phoned WDTC this morning about it and have had a room upgrade and a £460 refund on our Sequoia Lodge booking. I would recommend people check before calling as some rooms have gone up (Art of Marvel being one of them) and then phone up and ask about it politely.

Loved the vlogs thanks! We have teens and love all the EEH times - although it’s best in Magic Kingdom. We aren’t good with the early mornings but like it at night, as it’s cooler. We can then wander into the parks late afternoon - when it tends to get quieter anyway - have dinner somewhere and still have time after for rides. We do have DAS as well - which essentially makes most rides then a walk on during EEH. Xx

We left our tired teenagers at Wilderness Lodge and me and my husband did the extra evening hours alone. Magic Kingdom was great but we wouldn’t bother doing EPCOT again.

Was this in May then? How did you find the temperature? Trying to figure out the best time to go that can include *some,* school holiday at least….. But we found August too hot really. That would be a last resort! Do you think you will go back next year?
It was 35-37 degrees most days. Uncomfortable, but we found it manageable with plenty of air con stops and pool afternoons 😊

We were at DLP last week (first week of June) and were pleasantly surprised by the waits for attractions. Most were 20 minutes or under, which we found reasonable. Those over 40 minutes we did pay for premier access, but this was only a few rides and some were more worth it than others. (Spiderman WEB -yes, Crush's Coaster -no.) In the evening and even in the daytime, some of the rides were only 5 minutes wait or even walk on. The app was a must have to check wait times, which we found were mostly accurate.
I don’t like the food-themed merch either.
Oooh, I loved the Rodeo meal when we had it. I loved having the salad and watermelon to cut through the meat, the tata tots and cheese ‘biscuits’ were delicious too. I’d 100% go there again. We planned to go back for a midday break after our visit, though, as we knew it would wipe us out. Being on the sky liner at Pop century, it made it so easy to have a rest when needed.
It was fun! Just a bit much for us this time 😜
The resort looks lovely, but what looks even more lovely is Bonnie's hair! Has she had it cut? It looks so thick and healthy 😍

Is it worth getting magic bands if you're staying off site? What exactly can you do with them? Safe trip home 😊
You can link a bank card to them for transactions, but as far as I'm concerned, they simply let me scan into the parks and virtual queues, and open the hotel door... So maybe not! I'd investigate further, though; I'm just an idiot.
Everything you do with magic bands you can now do on your phone, but I prefer not to risk draining battery and leave phone in my bag where possible. X
