    I am not German, but I shower every other day, Not everyday. For example if I showered on Monday then I don't shower on Tuesday, I shower until Wednesday, etc. I think it's too much of a hazzle to shower or bathe everyday. Also, I've heard it's not good for you too shower every single day, especially if you get your hair wet everyday. That is bad for your scalp and skin in general. Or so I've heard.

    Blue is associated with sadness in my culture but it became my favorite color when I was in my teens. I didn't enjoy my youth as it was filled with stress, rejection, strife and grief but I grew to see the color blue as representing peace. 😊

    It's funny because even thought these videos are about the German language they sometimes remind me how bad my education was. We never got taught things like Grammar and vowels. LOL

    Erzähl mal: warst Du inzwischen da? Wie siehst Du das, ob das Texas Deutsch irgendwie überleben kann, und was man dafür tun könnte?

  • @GetGermanized
    @GetGermanized3 күн бұрын

    Hallo @Adlerjunges83! Leider war ich noch nicht in Texas, aber das Thema Texas Deutsch ist wirklich faszinierend. Texas Deutsch, auch bekannt als Texas German, ist ein Dialekt, der von deutschen Einwanderern im 19. Jahrhundert nach Texas gebracht wurde. Heute ist dieser Dialekt vom Aussterben bedroht, da immer weniger Menschen ihn sprechen. Um Texas Deutsch zu erhalten, könnte man verschiedene Maßnahmen ergreifen: 1. **Bildungsprogramme**: Einrichten von Sprachkursen und Workshops, um die jüngere Generation für den Dialekt zu begeistern. 2. **Dokumentation**: Aufzeichnen und Dokumentieren von Gesprächen der noch lebenden Muttersprachler, um das Sprachmaterial für die Zukunft zu bewahren. 3. **Gemeinschaftsinitiativen**: Veranstaltungen und Treffen organisieren, bei denen Texas Deutsch gesprochen wird, um eine Gemeinschaft zu bilden und die Sprache aktiv zu nutzen. Solche Maßnahmen könnten dazu beitragen, dass Texas Deutsch nicht vollständig verschwindet. Wenn du mehr darüber weißt oder Ideen hast, lass es uns wissen! Viel Spaß beim Deutschlernen und liebe Grüße, Dominik

    @@GetGermanized ich bin - wie am Alias erkennbar - deutsch. Ich war auch gespannt, was Vernell macht und,wie es ihr geht. Diese Person mag ich von den Dokus am meisten, gleich gefolgt von der "was done in the German language". Vielleicht bringt mir Vernell ja Rexas German bei... Wer weiß...

    I have never lived in Germany myself but a friend asked me between Munich and Hamburg. I often stay in Frankfurt and I like it. Anyway I said for the Munich mountains and better connected vs. Hamburg more modern and friendly people. Does that make sense? Which one would be the safest? Thx for any advice.

  • @GetGermanized
    @GetGermanized3 күн бұрын

    Hi @BambinoAmericano! Great question! Both Munich and Hamburg are fantastic cities with unique qualities, so it really depends on what your friend is looking for. Here are some key points to consider: **Munich:** - **Mountains and Nature**: Munich is close to the Alps, making it ideal for those who love outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, and enjoying nature. - **Connectivity**: Munich has an excellent public transport system and is well-connected to other European cities via train and flight. - **Traditional Culture**: Known for its Bavarian culture, Munich offers traditional beer gardens, festivals like Oktoberfest, and historic architecture. - **Safety**: Munich is generally considered very safe, with low crime rates compared to other major cities. **Hamburg:** - **Modern and Urban**: Hamburg is a bustling port city known for its modern infrastructure, vibrant nightlife, and innovative architecture. - **Cultural Diversity**: It’s a cultural melting pot with a wide variety of restaurants, music scenes, and cultural events. - **Friendly People**: Hamburgers are known for their friendliness and open-mindedness. - **Water and Maritime Atmosphere**: The city is famous for its harbor, rivers, and canals, offering beautiful waterfront views and activities. - **Safety**: Hamburg is also safe, though, like any major city, it has areas with higher crime rates. However, central and tourist areas are generally very safe. Both cities have their own charm and advantages. If your friend loves nature and a more traditional vibe, Munich might be the better choice. If they prefer a modern, vibrant city with lots of cultural diversity, Hamburg could be perfect. Hope this helps! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. 😊 Best, Dominik

    First time i heard german i thought it was farsi for a good few seconds. No wonder why you're so good at pronouncing the lone words. It's harder to pronounce a sentence without knowing the lone words in it Edit: i had to like really listen for it(when i first heard german). I was like am i stupid? Is this farsi and I don't understand it! Also I'm persian by the way.

    2 types of german shemale insects that the germans r proud of.. Those german insects r males in females that means they r not in need of a partner! Which is actually the good news bec. if u find one of those insects at home u don't need to search for others as they r all in one so if u kill one of them u kill them all as they r primitive insects.. And the normal places to find such a kind of insects is the same place where u can find pigs & bugs!

    I think the computer generating the subtitles for the second woman thinks she’s speaking English and is just trying to transcribe it. It doesn’t look like it realizes it needs to be translated from German first.

    Where I live has a reputation for being very cold but it's unwarranted. It doesn't snow here, the most we get is ice and frost. We're lucky in that even during winter we get plenty of sun.
