Thanks. Good to know these connecting steps. Easy to forget. Have the same setup for 2nd home. Duromax 1300 dual fuel.
The upstairs shower should not be open since the water will fall outside while you shower.. This was inspiring video. I think I want one of these

So if you can run 8 hours on five gallons to run 24 hours at 3 dollars per gallon that’s 45 dollars a day to be smart about this having a battery backup would help but yes the battery are not cheap. Good video guy.

You need to change your wires to 6 gauge if you want to use the 50 amp breaker. Number 8 is rated for 40 amps and number 6 is rated for 55 amps. Currently you will burn up your wire before you trip your breaker.
@Nicholas2011ist26 күн бұрын
The chances of the generator putting out more than 9600 watts continuously (40 amps at 240V) is pretty low. There's circuit diversity factors that can be taken into account. Ampacity is also dependant of the temperature rating of the insulation and the length of the run.

I’d put more struts on your doors. It keeps them from creasing and weakening metal over time. Makes them stronger against wind as well. The large door could use one on every other section. Just keep in mind you may need another 1/2 turn or more on springs to offset the weight.
