  For some context for those who don't know this performance was in response to the Christchurch mosque attacks that had taken place just a couple of weeks prior to this performance. Was at this concert and it was so powerful as John met with an audience grieving for their country.

  To some this may just be a song. Music. Well written lyrics. BUT what is being said is soooo powerful in the spiritual world! God will and can use whoever He wants and when He wants. That is why He is God. May these words penetrate the souls of many!

  I've never known where John Mayer is spiritually - I have never seen him asked or mention because everything I'm seen him doing is either a music video or a guitar interview. His guitar work is simply stunning to behold - very few make it look as easy and natural as he does !! I am hopeful John is a believer - and this rendition of this song got me a little emotional ( I must admit ) !!

  Hey there! I am working on a project compiling all of John Mayer's NZ performances that I can find online, and would love to use this audio and any other clips you have. Just checking that that would be okay and also wondering if it might be possible to receive all your original files you have so I don't have to just rip them off KZread?   If someone like John Mayer was in the Christian music industry, that’d be a game changer. One of the greatest guitar players of all time in an industry full of G’s and D’s. Not saying that’s bad, but we need some variety.
