@buggsbooks35223 ай бұрын
Most of Roseanna M White's books are really good and I would recommend any of them. Whispers From the Shadows is actually the second book in the Culper Ring series so if you want to read it, I would recommend starting at the first book of the series which is Ring of Secrets.

Hii I really enjoyed your video! You talked about the community that lives in the mountains for A Warriors Heart, and how that could be unlikely in the 19th century, but i dont know… I’m Brazilian and we still have a tribe that is isolated, they flee whenever they ser other people, BUT, that i know, its one tribe in the deep deep amazon forest (Im pretty sure in those cases, there is incest involved, at least for cousins, but there is so much incest in the story of humanity, its not something new or specific to that group at all)

Yay! Someone actually talking about Lori Wick. She is one of my absolute favorite authors, and nobody talks about her. The way she protrays salvation and the Christian walk is so refreshing and missing from most christian fiction today.
@buggsbooks35225 ай бұрын
I absolutely agree. Modern Christian fiction tends to be more flashy and intense but Wick's work is softer and gentler in its storytelling yet it's still compelling and makes you think. She was the first Christian fiction author I ever read and I'm always happy to promote her books.

I need to check out those Tracie Peterson books! Amanda Cabot also has a bunch set in Texas, but I haven’t read all of them yet (on my forever growing TBR 😅). Almost all of Janice Thompson’s books (at least half) are set in this great state. 😁👏🏻 She does have historical books too! Most were published under Janice Hanna, but she has the rights to them and republished under Janice Thompson now and on Kindle Unlimited. Her Love Finds books were really cute! Yes, we totally measure distance in time, but miles!! I was just discussing this with a out-of-state friend! 😂 I love that there’s at least three of our Christian BookTubers community here in Texas (you, me, and Nikki from Writing4Jesus). 🥰🥰🥰
