    The funny thing is that doing this with normal CGI is quite trivial nowadays. I think there's youtubers that could make something like this with nearly basic equipment and a medium tier PC with blender while filming one of their kids. Toys R Us though to use AI both because it's trendy and probably to cut costs, seemingly not realising AI is seen as massively unpopular. Unfortunately for them, the age of "bad advertising is still advertising" is over. People nowadays boycott for those.

    Even if it was free, the *time spent developing a skill is not.* A lot of powerful people have never developed any real skills, so they don't understand that they're going to an alchemist and asking for lead from gold -- which is not the same as being able to purchase the process or skill.

    Hey... my sister got a band, and other content creaters film them to their own account, but it does not go to my sisters account, and they may have 1-200k views per video, but if my sister were to put the video out, they would get 500 views. The big account earn money on them, and they have it pretty easy, but the bands typically do not.

    This happens with all publicly traded companies. Their loyalty isnt to anyone but the shareholders. They dont care about me or you, they only care about their benchmark profits. Its the endgame content all companies strive for and it will eventually make them irrelevant. Spotify got too big and soon it will be time for a new company to take their place. Its not an if but a when.

    Listen the Spotify CEO is a fucking moron but $500-$1000 over 5 months working 2 hours a week is literally close to zero my guy... 😂 listen I have respect for musicians I really do but the cost to make music has never been lower and will only continue to lower as production tools and software become easier/cheaper to acquire.

    Most companies that allow you to work fully remote tracks your location. Which means if you leave the state to work, you have to file those state taxes doe the time you worked in that state. Which is a IRS nightmare. Good luck if yall get caught

    Unlimited PTO also wouldn't be required for the company to payout unused PTO when you leave, so the create a culture that discourages using PTO then when you're burnt out and leave they don't need to pay you the PTO time you didn't use.

  • @stevesmith417
    @stevesmith417Ай бұрын

    It's also an hr stunt to get people to use less PTO days because when you are given a set amount or "limited" PTO, it always has to get used and they have to pay it out by law if you are fired or quit. Unlimited PTO solves that
