  After having this often you get used to it and you can control it. For example if I fall asleep and feel weird or I hear something unusual I wake up as fast as possible and change my sleeping position. But if you enter the sleep paralysis it can be really terrifying especially while you have the illusion of waking up but you realise something is off… it is very terrifying to have an episode of void, it feels like a trap that is impossible to escape. One time i ve had the illusion of waking up in the same place for over 10 times, every time the same sensation of relief after “waking up” continued with terror of weird stuff going on

  I used to have it but it was at a time in my life where I was addicted to alcohol , I quit that years years ago and I don’t get sleep paralysis nomore, go figure

  yall i have sleep paralysis as well but i don’t have sleep demons. i have it where like it happens to me twice everytime it occurs. first time is like 10 seconds and i jump up, and the 2nd time is minutes long. yes, js move ur fingers and toes until ur able to jump up.

  During my sleep paralysis episode tonight(one of many as it happens prett frequently) 1 of the 4 demon ladies I was facing blocked me as I was somehow trying to turn on the lights while sleeping, that felt so real and weird

  I’ve only had one sleep paralysis and it wasn’t nearly as bad as the others, I was on my back, i woke up, couldn’t move, but strangely, my recent dream was half mixed in it, so my chair was trying to turn into a sleep paralysis demon while half of my thoughts were from old dream. The demon was just a shadow that stood there though, it only lasted like 8 seconds.
