It’s got great potential to be a lovely space for someone. I was mentally making small changes in the kitchen area, adding cheerful paint colours and an open display cabinet filled with handmade local dishes and glasses, a drying rack from the ceiling and a little round table with two chairs. And a colourful washable carpet underneath the table and in front of the sink. Oh and…😊 I love this place.
Where can you buy a home for the price of a new car??? And in the Mediterranean no less I would argue can you afford not to. Living mortgage free is like winning the lottery in todays world

That does not apply to communities in inland Andalucia. We continue to experience the friendliness and a warm welcome from all local residents across Andalucia.
To be honest I've loved in Spain. For a decade. We have wonderful Spanish neighbours are known and respected in the local town and I love living here. Tourist bad behaviour Jas understandably made Spaniards in some areas fed up. But move here make it home and you won't find a warmer welcome We moved from a predominantly Brit urbanisation to a Spanish town and we have never felt more at home anywhere It's quiet friendly and we feel safe
I'm a Brit in Spain and have raised my kids here. The Spanish are wonderful neighbours and to be honest I can't blame some areas being fed up of tourist bad behaviour but you make Spain your home and you will find nothing but kindness I live in a Spanish village and it feels like Britain of two generations ago where you know your neighbours they know you and wave as you pass. It's normal to come home to a box of oranges on your step and if you really want to be a friendly kind neighbour you will be rewarded with friendship and safely
@@juststoppingby390 I had the same wonderful experiences in spain as a child with my parents. I loved Blanes, Tossa and Lloret de mar, but even there the political headsickness has now arrived.

Great Space . Lots of potential
That's one fantastic house! The possibilities are endless.
Far too much work to do at much expense and time sadly. We NEED far more affordable properties that are 100% ready to move in and live. Places with a garden which is essential for many of us. Please, Please, please seek out such properties for us out here in the real world. I notice that the prices are increasing substantially which will put the so called “ little people “ which is most of us, out of the running.
