See this is the kind of bread I make because I CBA...... but it only lasts an hour and then it sucks, you have to eat it straight away.

I've tried it, and it's amazing but the quantity ratios do not work for me. At all. The dough is way too gooey with that much liquid. No way it would form a ball or anything close. I tried 650ml now and I think it might just work out.... Wish me luck

I love your bread! Thank you so much for this quick, easy and wonderful recipe. And thank you for your calm and sympathetic way of explaining it. I have baked the bread already several times and got always lots of compliments for its standing out taste and for its good looking. It tastes even the next day!

Great video and looks yummy. Which other flour would you recommend as the one in your video is not available where I live (Singapore)? Also how to adjust the amount of water depending on the flour? Any tips?

Tried this last night and it was incredibly easy. I used all purpose flour instead of bread flour since it’s all I had and it came out perfect. Very very close to what you’ll find in actual bakeries that sell more “rustic” loaves. For me, the only tweak I would make is to bake for 20mins and throw in some ice into the oven. Nonetheless, by far the easiest quick baguette recipe

I have a better recipe. If you have a food processor. Put ingredients in the bowl and pulse a few times. Leave in machine and pulse whenever you think A few hours later heat the oven after dumping the dough on the table Proceed as in this recipe. I even leave the dirty processor on the counter and use again whenever. Or let the residue dry and it falls off easily into the garbage can

Hi, the best recipe for amators to bake great baguettes. My comments and mistakes: - I put everything on **baking grind but with wrong direction**, I recommend to make baguettes longer than those I made. - There’s is information about waiting around 5 minutes. I recommend to wait more, but it’s hard to wait. - In the movie is there quite lack of information about **preheat oven**, I recommend to do that first before we taking the dough to for kneading before baking. - I understood that is important to try to put flour for the bottom of dough while we kneading or cutting dough. It will help us to avoid sticky dough. - When I gave the dough to rise I left it in the oven preheated to 50 degrees (this is the lowest possible heating temperature in the oven I have), but before putting the dough in the oven I turned it off. The dough stood 10h in the oven overnight. I did this because I have no control over the heat in the apartment. - In the movie we can see that there is not too much flour while the man is kneading baguettes, in my case I had to use way more flour but not too much. Flour is helping us to make baguettes easier to put it into baking grid. - Don’t worry if your dough is too hydratet (it means that it will melt). You can try to change proportion in next time (I think → add less water), everything depends of your flour. I use norwegian usual baking flour, the cheapest. My dough was too hydrated, but it was still good to bake great baguettes. - I kneaded the dough on a baking tray, but next time I will use a countertop, the tray unfortunately moves and it is harder to form the dough. In addition, when the dough is sticky and thin, it can be more difficult because it spills to the edges of the tin.

Hi ! Thank you so much ! I got it nearly, but what type of flour are you using ? T55 ? T65 ? Respecting the suggested measures gives a not really firm dough, and not the nice bubbles in the finished bread 😢 thank you for advice !! 🤗
