  Singers today take note . Teenas Voice comes right from her soul . Its not forced or contrived , she doesent craft her notes and telegraph them she just lets it flow authenticly to the music . Also she doesent give up on her notes if shes feeling it shell hold on and improvise . You see how she assimlated that sax" We deeeee da diddly deeee da". Genius !!!!!

  Oh..I messed that up. This is my old account I locked myself out of. This was done at The Apollo in NYC. Before this, Patti blew out the mike at the Uptown in Philly. So, she steps back just a bit as she sings that High C. And, for all of you from the Philly area that still remember the late, great DJ, Georgie Wood, he told you that she needed no mike.

  Wow, Patti LaBelle makes me cry every time in joy and celebration. Her voice brings me to tears because it is the most mystical instrument ever.
