  Would love some more suburbs SOR - Victoria Park, Willetton, Como, Bull Creek. There doesn’t seem to be much anywhere for those sorts of areas! Would be really helpful 🙂

  Great video guys. Kewdale is a hidden gem! Some parts of kewdale are 1 zone bus fare into the city, that's how close it is. Great suburb.

  Extremely quiet, I was in Hobart a couple of years back. There were literally not many people in the street even in the city centre…things might have changed over the past few years. Low population and less job opportunity are the problems. However the properties are relatively cheaper and Tasmania is a great place for retirement.😂

  There’s some townhouses near ellen Stirling gardens that kept getting smashed up too, there’s been temporary security pole ever since near all the sites in Ellenbrook, and they’re all constantly going off with false alarms

  This guy is providing opinions which should be treated as such. Especially when they appear to be lacking any basis in fact. Do your own research and make your decisions accordingly. The current consensus by the rest of Australia seems to be the opposite as the rate of moving from other states to WA is a positive number. Population Change: Net Interstate Migration: Western Australia data is updated quarterly, averaging 556.000 Person from Jun 1981 (Median) to Dec 2023, with 171 observations. The data reached an all-time high of 5,181.000 Person in Dec 2021 and a record low of -3,669.000 Person in Dec 2016. So, it would appear that most people disagree with this guy. Suggest he look elsewhere if he doesn't like what he's seeing.

  We've also put up a video on reasons to move to Perth to provide a balanced view. We are commenting as residents of Perth and what we have observed. I don't believe the numbers of people moving to Perth in 2021 of 5,181,000 as this was during the period that WA was locked down and any travel was limited (Covid era).

  Hi Guys, g'day from 🇬🇧.. I visited Cottesloe when I stayed with my dtr in Perth, I loved it, compared to some of our coastline its fab ! Yes granted the summer always makes everywhere look better. I suppose for an affluent area it may look abit tired in parts..shame..ty for sharing🎉

  Thanks for your comment. Most of the beaches in summertime in Perth look fantastic. Unfortunately this isn't the case in winter. Cottesloe does look tired.

  I lost count of the amount of time I stayed at the ocean beach hotel. It was a real bargain during the pandemic which I took full advantage of . It worked out cheaper than rent

  These videos are honestly FANTASTIC. You are saving me SOOO much time. We are looking to relocate back home to Australia from couple of decades in the UK. I was thinking of WA as my home town Brisbane is now just insanely busy and expensive. I'm looking for something more peaceful with oceans and just gosh you're saving me so much time. Now I know what I'm going to focus on (as to where to live).

  From the houses near the beach in Eglinton to Eglinton train station it is about a 5 minute drive. The train station is now fully operational.
