What about if I signed settlement agreement during mediation and i had no idea that it was prejudice due to my language barrier since I am not native English speaker but Ukrainian. No one during mediation explain me or mentioned word prejudice. I had American friend with me and he witness it too. I signed blank page and second was Exhibit A that mentioned do not disclose amount and make any statement to harm reputation. 28 days later I received non disclosure agreement they want me to sign when I read all that I got scared and disagreed with that and refuse to sign. I feel like I was trapped and mislead purposely. Can this be dismissed? How is it possible that no one told what to expect and 28 later telling it’s binding? How is it binding if I never was told what they are going to come up with? And why was I not presented right in the beginning their terms and conditions but almost month later? That is very suspicious to me.
Can avoidant behavior/abuse be considered reckless and unintentionally cause anxiety and depression/suicidal thoughts and be used in court?

If you e file and your declaration/complaint is excepted, and the agent accepts the email service does that mean it was the suit is generally accepted or will they file a dispute on your proof of service?

Quick question. Can someone file a DMCA takedown over a simple text based graphic/design on Etsy? Under 313.4(c) the law says words and phrases are not eligible for copyright protection. Would that make a DMCA takedown fraudulent?

Hello , I’m a ihss provider and a recipient I just started working for is getting threats from a gal that helped her previously . In reading these messages it seems like threatening and criminal. For example she’s saying shes owed astronomical amounts of money and saying she’s taking her to court and in what appears to be taunting saying “I always win haha I’m 4/4” do you have any recommendations of how to get this woman to stop harassing this sweet little lady ?
