  Hi i tried transfer chats from old phone to new phone.. while transferring all whatsapp media got deleted from old mobile and not transferred to new mobile. Within fraction of seconds i lost everything sent and received through whatsapp from past few years. Took backup before transferring and after i lost the data i tried reinstalling and restored all chats were still thr but lost media including very imp files also. I stressed a lot due to this. Is there any way to get back all media?

  ELLO I did exactly as you wrote it worked and after about an hour it crashed I did it on two different smartphones each with a different number and both crashed. There is some update or something else that needs to be done because it worked, it restored all the information from the normal WhatsApp. On a third phone I use it as a linked device

  @@ggeeks8673 Got it, thanks, I'll try as you said Is it better to do it through the computer when the phone is connected (that's how I did it) Or is it better over the phone with fille manager? Another question you have, how can I install GBWHATSAPP and configure it in addition to the normal WHATSAPP on the same phone that will be a linked device. The problem is that you have to scan the barcode on the same device, which is impossible. Do you have a guide for this or a solution please

  If you want to restore the old backup first, you will need to delete the new msgstore file and rename the old msgstore file that you want to restore before restoring it.

  Check the folder where you pasted backup and remove Google account from your mobile. Watch the video carefully and follow all the steps

  You don't need to pay anything. You can restore your data yourself. Watch the video carefully and follow the steps exactly as shown. Be sure to keep a copy of your backup in a separate folder so that if your backup doesn't restore, you can use it to restore your data again
