These video clips summarize what I've learned about 7 key topics as a veteran family system and trauma-recovery therapist. My experience is that average people can live a more satisfying life once they're aware of these topics and how to reduce inherited psychological wounds. A core awareness is to learn Who is REALLY running your life - your true Self, or "someone else"?
See this channel's playlists for the main topics. Note that text annotations and links in these videos may only display in PCs and laptops, not mobile devices.

I think the whole history and perspective of lying has changed with the arrival of Donald Trump on the American social scene. We have all now witnessed his chronic, incessant, habitual lying at a level most of us could never have imagined.

The person who calls me paranoid is pretty anxious leaning towards, paranoia himself so I just brush it off. Mostly I trust others and listen to my gut. Most people in my life aren't out to get me. I'm ignored 90percent of the time which can be way more hurtful to my mental health.

The "HuSECA theory" (The Human Superorganism's Evolutionary Chief Administrator): "Female hardwired hypergamy" servs as a cardinal instrument to ensure the greater good of human evolution (thus hardwiring females to propergate with top quality males), i.e. first line of direct evolutionary regulation. Furthermore, attempting the elimination of perceived low quality males from the evolutionary pool, thus boosting the evolutionary momentum, HuSECA has HARDWIRED PERCEIVED "LOW QUALITY" MALES WITH A PROPENSITY FOR SELF DESTRUCTION (suicide) i.e second line of indirect evolutionary regulation. HuSECA uses a sexual starvation strategy, to agrivate the initiation of the potentially deadly male self destruction sequense. (Merely an extract from the HuSECA theory, by Lukas Lukas Lukason).

Oftentimes it's dysfunctional family but this isn't seen or properly diagnosed, and so consequently the child is shamed because child, being in dysfunctional environment, doesn't function right and has "problems." Therefore, "problems" don't get resolved and continues into adulthood until finally later in life, find solutions such as this.

Interesting that the Louise Hay "list" identifies arthritis as "criticism." People with arthritis will never ask for a solution. Not a real one. Painkillers are doled out furiously to such people, just to avoid any suggestions, because suggestions are criticisms to them. Instead, validate whatever painkiller they are taking. Move on. Arthritis is a value system, a way of life.

Pathological are those who lie with every sentence. It’s an innate behavior that pervades those who deliberately practice deception. I survived childhood neglect at the hands of a family full of narcissist. I didn’t grow up to abuse or lie. Narcissist make a choice. Toxic people make a choice. I didn’t like being mistreated so I made sure I didn’t do it to anyone else. That’s what human being should do.

A normal reaction to horrific life threatening treatment by others. The mistreatment is abnormal not the innocent and vulnerable one who is now mistreated by labeling them and further blame and shame that innocent one as if they were abnormal and no compassion or help is offered. Therapy is useless waste of time and energy and money, to be targeted and further harmed instead of assistance to stop the abuse , more trauma from others who do not care.

Why do we seek? Is there any reason to seek a better future if we're fully comfortable and content with the way our body feels now? When thoughts slow down, you may notice that there is discomfort in the body, which may show up in a myriad of ways: pain, anxiety, anger, or any other sensation or emotion. This is part of the reason that we get addicted to thought- because it’s an immediately available way to avoid or try to fix the way our bodies feel. We won't be able to rest in presence for very long if we keep ignoring or avoiding discomfort. Rather, we'll continue to follow thoughts about past and future. We'll keep trying to escape. So, how do we bring direct attention to the energies of our body? The first step is to acknowledge that you are feeling something. We tend to acknowledge emotions and sensations first through the mind... We might think, "I’m angry," or "I’m afraid of what might happen," or we may simply notice that something is bothering us... But we can't feel emotions or sensations through thinking. These thoughts are narratives or labels for how we feel. They are not the actual energies themselves. For example, if you have the thought "I have a stomachache," that thought is a label for something that is actually happening in your body, apart from the thought. In order to actually feel or experience the stomachache directly, you would have to bring attention down into the stomach area and feel it without thoughts on it. The same is true for all emotions and sensations. Once you acknowledge that you feel something or have been triggered by someone or some event, bring attention very gently to the body where you feel the actual emotion or sensation. With your attention there, feel into the sensation or emotion, and see if you can notice the peripheral space around it at the same time. Let the emotion or sensation just hang there in that open space, without trying to change, neutralize, or get rid of it. It is common to want to change, neutralize, or get rid of bodily energies. Just notice any tendency to want to do these things. This is resistance at work, and trying to stop that resistance from happening is simply adding more resistance. Bear in mind that we give power to words, pictures, and bodily energies by turning awareness away from them. And we diminish their power by turning toward them and remaining aware of them until they fade naturally. That one simple understanding, if turned into a daily practice, is highly transformative.
