新興政黨應該高舉Do you hear the people sing來激勵群眾 避免兩個政黨天天擺爛。 一個人口密集的都市化國家整天為了行人跟車輛的議題爭吵，交通預算不知道跑到哪去，牌照稅跟燃料稅好似繳假的？連行人專用時相都規劃不出來還找不到問題所在，道路品質堪比第三世界，唯一好過的地方也只是第三世界不會上補丁，但十條十字交錯路段中有二十條都有補丁是什麼意思？有些路即便沒補丁連轎車開過都能感受大幅抖動。市區道路施工挑選在交通繁忙的白天，而不是於夜晚實施。這樣嚴重影響交通品質沒有任何有效規劃的政府是不是應該思考一下為什麼第三勢力能夠突出？位子越高腦子越要運轉。這三百多萬票是那些希望能有邏輯正常的中央政府來引領台灣的各項政策。叫苦連天說夜晚施工金額更高的不如把預算編列的開支項目拿出來看看審批的預算到底都去哪了。人民不是不好說話，但前年才說稅金超收，讓人難以相信預算真的不夠？錢都去哪裏了大家不是不清楚，但影響施工品質就另當別論了不是嗎？

Sabine Meyer, with her glorious sound and majestic musicianship, manages to make a tiresomely dull and vapid concerto into something that almost completely convinces. Weber is horribly over-rated for the very banal reason that he relentlessly uses the dramatic tricks of opera to try and persuade us that he has something profound to say. He does not. But as clarinetists we are obliged to agree that he has created a set of "masterpieces" for the instrument. Which is sad given how much better music there is out there that never gets the same exposure.

This Weber's concert was the first public solo performance of my brother who passed away 8 years ago at the age of 48. I recorded him at our city concert hall with a Sony tc-153sd stereo 7 tape recorder, I was just a teenager and my brother few years older than me. Mrs. Meyer is superbe: thank you for bringing me back to this memory with your amazing performance and the heavenly sound of your clarinet.
