  U know some of these old knock around boys backing yrack channel really throw the word funk around. Like some throw sawdust on yhe floor for sweeping and the results are certainly on par with the. Musical Fraudulence. That is left in their wake. Calling it funk or having a funky aspect. Or component does. Not indeed a funk song make Not by a dam sight. To say the least no doubt. Finally righteous vindication. And a Sour indignation for the other guys u gotta make it" seriously "funky And as much as funk is bouncy and. Steadfast its not a laughing matter you can't stress the "seriousness "of the sitch Oh funk is fun even. Humorous but it is no joke. Funk has both the acquiescent ebb and flow of unconstipated ease but it must be insistent on the down beat keeping it stitched tightly into the pocket. " We bout to do it two times like it ain't nobody's business". Funk oughta have some grit and grind. Like popping and locking

  Nice. Key of F ! But that doesn’t bother this guitar player. I went to an arts high school. I played guitar in the keys of F, C and Eb for 4 years. With a standard tuned guitar. This track is very good.

  I think you mean E Dorian (A Mixolydian.). E Mixolydian would have a G# in it 🙂

  Yeah I found that even though everything is in E Dorian technically- the mixolydian scale gives that jambandy kind of vibe. But you are right!
