  I just sang along to “Eriatarka” from Memory and I hit All of the Points in the Song where you can tell for sure that you’re at the Right Spot (like, when a new riff kicks in after several repetitions of the previous riff). What an Absolutely Glorious and Underrated Track!

  I did a similar thing to this with a Trivium track for a college project once. Super dope to see someone else had this idea, and for one of my favourite bands no less. No idea why the youtube algorithm decided now was the time to grace me with this but I'm glad it did.

  For some reason, I haven’t listened to Francis in a while, so it was extra interesting to hear it again, but in this context, because I was able to anticipate the next part, without really knowing how it was going to sound. The Mars Volta is my All-time favorite band btw. I still remember skipping class in high school, to sit in my friend’s car and listen to this whole album, when the original 5-track version of this album leaked, before they had to break up the longer songs into multiple tracks for contractual reasons, otherwise Francis would’ve counted as an EP, despite being like 75 minutes long. 👍

  Hey guys, this is my first non-SM64 soundfont video and ALSO my last video. I thought it poetic to end this shit on where I started lol, so here we are. Funnily enough this was made just before Christmas but was saving it for the day I stop making these, I've just lost the drive to make any more and plus, the trend is kinda dying. Enjoy OTTW on the DooM soundfont and yes, it was necessary to make the video 4K. I might come back to this channel some day but honestly I doubt it, I'll still be obsessed with this album if I do though. Arrivederci!
