Ribeye Rach

Ribeye Rach

Here to share my experience of healing from chronic illness through animal-based nutrition and nervous system regulation. I hope to encourage others going through similar challenges!

For years, I was essentially bed-bound, and now, I'm thriving. I expect to recover 100%! Healing is hard work, but it is absolutely possible.

These are some conditions I was diagnosed with over the past 10 years: ehlers-danlos syndrome, dysautonomia, chronic lyme disease, chiari malformation, craniocervical instability, tethered-cord syndrome, gastroparesis, celiac disease, and more. It has been a hell of a journey (sorry, for lack of a better word)! I'm so grateful to be living life again. 🥰️

    did you have surgery for the chiari malformation or did that clear on its own from carnivore?

  • @RibeyeRach
    @RibeyeRachКүн бұрын

    I did have surgery, but it didn't help my herniation or my symptoms at all, unfortunately. Carnivore / animal-based and brain retraining have been what have helped me with chiari related symptoms. :)

    The quickest way to curb this issue is to put lemon or lime juice in your water. It's ok, you are still a carnivore if you flavor your water with these 2 things. In fact one thing I like to do is add lemon or lime to carbonated water. It tastes like squirt soda without sugar.

    These are fake eggs, dark orange like that,yes it occurs naturally but only when fresh. Store eggs are a minimum of 4-6weeks old. Don’t eat those. That’s my opine based not biased

    I normally don’t eat store bought eggs, and get them from a regenerative farm. The yolks are a beautiful orange but not neon like these were. We ran out off eggs and picked some up from the store. Im not worried about being perfect 100% of the time with food but we do our best

    Your kitchen aid stuggled because it's light duty but also because your fat was too warm. Fat smears when it's too warm from going through the grinder. When I grind for sausage, i semi freeze meat before grinding so fat doesn't gum up. Not frozen solid but maybe in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes

    She’s absolutely right. I used to be almost crippled with inflammation. When I started only eating red meat that all went away in the first week. So did my daily allergy symptoms and very regular gut pain. The health benefits of red meat are known to the medical establishment. I do believe they don’t want us to be healthy. Healthy people means way less profits.

    You are spreading horrible misinformation. Whatever you want to do to yourself is okay, but don’t mislead people on the internet. Sunscreen and sunglasses are good for your eyes and skin. This tallow stuff has no SPF rating because it doesn’t work. Sunscreen formulation is an incredibly complicated process and this tallow balm isn’t up to par with a good sunscreen. Don’t be surprised when you end up with cataracts and skin cancer. Again, whatever you do to yourself is your own choice, but leading other people down this path is not okay.

    I truly wonder if carnivore is starving out chronic infections which ultimately lead to disease in the body hence the recovery, ie mycoplasmas, fungus, parasites, etc. It seems many people with chronic disease had an exposure overseas, mold in their home, antibiotic use which depletes protective gut flora, lyme, periodontal infections, SIBO, h pylori, etc. It's very interesting.
