  The thing is, there is no frame cap unfortunately. The glitches are purely the game engine used at the time, the old Telltale Games had their own engine (The Telltale Tool) and it was very glitchy and buggy.

  If Telltale Games and Mojang allow it. Most definitely, because Telltale isnt using their old engine anymore i think they switched to Unreal, so the graphics will be much better and the glitches are gonna most likely be gone.

  @@KazivX Judging by how Minecraft Dungeons looked, I bet they could make it work. But just because it's in unreal doesn't me there won't be any glitches. That's not how things work... Bad games are not the engines fault. It's the people you give it too.

  Netflix is most likely pre rendered and also color graded so ye you could get a pretty similar look with some graphics enhancements

  A small detail about the Magnus/Ellegard’s death scene in the Netflix version of the game is they actually made them die by disappearing in smoke which is more accurate to deaths in normal Minecraft and the deaths of the Minecraft Story Mode

  I don't know much about the Story Mode... yet, but from what i know is that Netflix Version is rendered, per events and chapters. While the game version is actually rendered in real time using the hardware of your device (that being Xbox, Playstation, Wii U or Nintendo Switch or whatever.)

  Used to be a Netflix version, was taken off due to Telltale Games (the game company who made both the game and Netflix version) shutting down due to financial issues. It works because most of the game is just cut scenes i guess so it wouldn’t be to hard to put together, they just remove all the QTE’s i guess and put together some scenes.
