Good evening, Thank you to the public attendees who spoke behalf of the Victor Farmington Library. My wife and I plan to vote YES, thanks in large part to the voices of these gentlemen. What exactly is the "Conservation Board" supposed to be conserving? It would seem to me some discussion about what's in the comprehensive plan might have been warranted. Perhaps the questions asked had something to do with it? You mentioned traffic...but was their a study done... It seems to me that a recommendation on this matter may have been warranted. Again...Thank you for all you do...
First time viewing one of your meetings online. I can likely look it up to find out specifically where the Eliasz Soil Stabilization Project is. Just a suggestion... to make it easier for the public perhaps it would be good to indicate the address or at least what road it's on. It seems to me that the planning board may have dropped the ball on the original approval. Thanks for all you do...

Good idea...Preserving our history should not be confined to showing current and future generation pictures of and telling them stories about what used to be. I personally prefer restoration and preservation when ever feasibly possible.

The lady who spoke against this application did her homework perfectly. How come you (Board) didn't go over each of the five factors of an AV with either applicant during their public hearing? This lady needs to BE on your board!
So few even know that Town Board members want to totally undermine all the work hundreds of volunteers in our community did to help formulate the Comprehensive Plan to instead serve the interests of those who will benefit from continued development. Increasing the density in some areas without decreasing the density of others throws everything out of balance and puts the Town in a compromised position in terms of those wanting to defy our comprehensive plan moving forward. There is only one right decision for the planning board to make... SAY NO TO JACK AND his yes man Ed Kahovec! 🧐
On another matter Ed is a HUGE disappointment to me personally. I have totally lost trust in him. In my opinion he's dangerous to a person like me who believes that truth and justice are important. That's my opinion even if most may disagree. Challenge: Find even once where 'Yes Man' Ed voted against something that Jack wanted...

What exactly does it mean when they say they "do transportation type work"? My understanding is that's not their primary expertise... When exactly did they start doing "transportation type work" and what was the primary impetus that got them into it? T.Y. Lin International Group on the other hand are experts in the field and for some reason what they recommended after (and during) the 'Rt. 96 Corridor Study' seems to have been for the most part left out. They were of the opinion that there would be no significant improvement in traffic flow if the Town of Victor, NY chose to move forward with what in this presentation they call "Phase Three". I would give what they have proposed a C+ grade at best but if I had not participated as much as I have over the last several years I probably would give them an A- grade. It's mostly what they have left out that causes me to have this opinion at this juncture. I hope that others just finding out about this now take the time to give this more than a once over lightly look. A PARTIAL REFUND OR DO OVER? If it were up to me personally I would be asking the firm who put this together for at least a partial refund and/or a complete do over and at no charge.

I received a postcard for a meeting to be held on April 14th in regards to the McMahon Road Multiple dwelling project and I do not see the live streaming. Was this meeting cancelled?
