  God is good all the time. This was an amazing song I'd like to use this platform to ask for prayers for myself and for my son I've been so proud of my son. through prayer and determination he was able to give up an addiction that he suffered with for a long time. He even asked his congregation to pray for him and his recovery. I have been quite sick as of late and have not been able to sleep at all due to extreme breathing problems at night my son sits up with me rubs my back tells me everything's going to be okay even saying prayers of comfort . neither one of us get much sleep. A few days ago an elder at our church ask to meet with us I was so happy thinking he came to pray for me and my medical issues. instead he told my son that he was not to be involved with any activities in the church which really broke his heart he's been having severe panic attacks crying. ever since in my heart i know the Elder of the church was coming from a place of love, but we didn't see it that way . I've been so proud of my son because he's been sticking to the medicine his doctors prescribed and doing very well on them he used to be in a wheelchair told you would never walk again but through the grace of God he pushed through that now he's got his pain under control in the right way and I feel horrible because people think he's high when he's just exhausted from the long nights of sitting up with me and the chronic pain he has that keeps him from sleeping. I know this is a long post so thanks. I ask you for prayers that my son doesn't give up backslide or do something worse. His faith is so strong it amazes me sometimes and it seems to me that he's starting to lose that now in the last few days he's having panic attacks which he's never had in his life and he's crying all the time I don't know what more I can do for him other than pray he's seeking help with a counselor but there's a long wait list. the Elder that I am speaking of I said he was more than willing to talk to him about this but from the conversation he had the other day he just kept telling my son that he was making excuses long story short just please pray pray pray pray pray pray pray pray because our God is a powerful God a merciful loving God that only wants to best for us. I asked that you pray for more understanding and compassion from the ones that are supposed to be there to council the community. I apologize about being so long-winded with this, it's the first time I've ever commented on anything online thank you for your time and prayers and if you're somebody in a place of authority that people look up to four advice and counsel please try to be compassionate and try to understand the full story Maybe by listening and having I understanding what's going on before you try to help somebody because you can really do more damage when there's a lack of compassion and understanding.
