    Their slogan is 'Trusted Community of Creators'; however, this slogan needs to be changed to 'Tested and Trusted for Thieves to Steal Cameras through Wedio.' Over £150K worth of camera equipment has been stolen through your website, and you are not even embarrassed or ashamed.

    Wedio's coverage is not what you think it is. I recently discovered that the excess on Wedio's coverage is £580 making anything under £580 uncovered. On top of this, instead of replacing value of your equipment like-for-like they deduct depreciation 10% from start of use. Year 1=20%, year 2=30% etc etc.. They also don't cover peripheral items like cards, batteries, chargers, cases, lens hood etc... If you’re renting on Wedio, don’t expect any of your kit to be covered, despite their high fees, and what their website, insta ads and emails all claim. They will do whatever it takes to not cover your kit.

    You dont mention in the video you don't cover when renters steal your gear and you take no responsibility, take your fees and run.

    Awesome photography throughout this video as a working press photographer on a daily regional paper documentary has always been my passion and always will be. My preferred focal length is 28 nothing beats getting close for impact. On my own time I shoot everything I can landscapes sports protests street fashion anything I’m obsessed with photography from a teenager in the late 70s to now and the grave there’s nothing else I want to do with my life just take photos make videos of my efforts and try to not be an arseole. Liked a subbed cheers

    I think it would’ve been better if you used a 50mm lens that has a similar amount of aperature and crop it to an anamorphic frame like ratio. There’s quite a bit of difference between the two as in bokeh and perspective that affects the validity of the comparison

    But you dont even verify up and coming videographers, you only rent to established videographers. So I have to work with bad & noisy footage because a low light camera costs a fortune and sites like Wedio wont rent it out to you Thank you so so much

    Perhaps you can explain something to me. Why is it that SDR content generally looks brighter and more vibrant than its HDR counterpart? Meaning when I directly compare the same exact content on a calibrated panel in both SDR and HDR, the SDR version will almost always seem to have a higher average luminosity level and more vibrant colors. This is not because brightness levels are cranked up either. HDR seems a bit less saturated but with the benefit of the occasional high nit specular highlight and perhaps better shadow detail. Just having a hard time finding a technical explanation for why SDR is actually more vibrant and generally brighter on average. Is it because it is a more compressed format? I have read that SDR has a higher average luminosity level, this seems to be the case.

    SDR is 100nits , and foe your case you might be trying to watch and HDF content on an SDR Screen im assuminh Simply HDR screen can goes from 500nits/700nits to 10.000 nits for dolby vision So the SDR cant handle that so its shown less vibrant

  • @JohnDoe-pc9qf
    @JohnDoe-pc9qf13 күн бұрын

    @@ameramdouni3584 SDR content is generally brighter than HDR content despite the fact they are both mastered to 100 nits typically. I've educated myself on this subject since making that comment. HDR has more leeway on the bright end and dark end but on average it is less saturated in color and has a lower average luminosity level. It is true, I can link you to information if you're curious.

    I want to produce my own script, because I have been looking for famous producers to help me for so long, but they are all the same, they don't even view messages so as not to say that they ignore us. Famous people are selfish, they don't like to help anyone make money. They think that by receiving a few bucks we will get a piece of fame from them.
