I’m a white mom of Finnish-American descent. I’ve worked with every ethnicity. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each person as an individual. I love talking about our unique ethnic traditions, etc. Our different life experiences is what makes life interesting. I truly don’t even notice each person’s color. They’re just people to me.
