  Thank you for you comment and subscription. I will eventually try to level up to removable mags and working bolts and slides. But cardboard is surprisingly tricky to make moving parts with, I’ll get there eventually though.😁

  I’m an amateur film make on a very tight budget. And yes the guns were fake and the fire. I know I’m not the best actor in the world, but have you ever tried acting, directing, choreography and editing an entire movie by yourself?

  Damn that’s awesome. In terms of the cutting of the wood, at the start, I would really just use a normal saw to do it. It takes a while, but it is faster and easier in my opinion than carving with a chisel. For the shaping, I would also say that a rasp and spokeshave make it easier. About the angle grinder issue, for me when I make incisions, I normally make a bunch holes with a drill along it. I then carefully use a chisel and flush saw to smoothen it.

  Thank you so much for the advice. For the issue with the angle grinder, I did consider drilling holes and using a chisel. But I don’t have a chisel thin enough and I wanted the lever to fit nice and snug.thank you for your feedback and advice, much appreciated 👍
