I love 💗💗💗 Glock 17 gen 5😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
I don’t go to the range much with my SP-6920, but just using to iron-sights I’m a heck at shot 150 yards and more. No upgrades needed for me. It’s an incredible piece of work and I’m glad I own this particular model.
Your rifle is exactly set up like mine to a T
I'm new to collectibles like this. Does having the box it came in add value to the gun, even if the box has a lot of wear?
I have one
Damn fine rifle man! Bulgarian Ak’s are of high quality in my opinion.
Excellent video! I’ve had the SP6920 since 2012 and I love it. I wish I shot it more. Thanks for the great video.
Ufff
I have a 1917 Colt M1911 the serial number is lower than C 100,000 it doent have the inspectors initials in front of the trigger? and it also has a longer beaver tail and the later model grips not the diamond ones, one of the grips is the keyes one with the circle beefed up around the screw holes and on the other side just the normal grip, it has a 2 in lower corner of trigger guard, and i think a 0 on the other side, and a VP in a triangle on the front of the trigger guards left side, on the top of frame under the slide in front of the hammer it has a 2 in front, and a S rite in front of the hammer, and it looks like one of the Ithica markings ( The one that looks like a circle with two ears on top but it pretty worn down, and under the firing pin plate on slide it has a Z or 2 on top and bottom a 2, on the frame under the barrel in the cut out it has another 2, im puzzled with this fine WW1 M1911
Just paid 450 for mine today..
I think they look better without the bayonet lug, also more accurate to the WWII period.
I like the vid and learned something new. I recently out an LE 6920 in lay-a-way at a pawn shop and pretty knowledgeable about the model. Im certaint the bcg is not what you mentioned for my soon to be rifle and it not a blue label 6920 either. Ive seen plenty if Colt AR 15 and Canada Colt rifles and I cannot recall anyone talk about the description or characteristics about your BCG even from those who have the Blue Label Colt rifle. Im curious, do you still have it? I know my rifle is and will never be a full auto due to the things you mentioned and the fact that its not a weapon from the 80's, but can a M16 Lug BCG still fit in any LE 6920 model? Ok IDK if you're still around doing vids, so I may not get a responce. Hmmm ..
Mahoogany😂
What color stain did you use on this? Its beautiful! How has the high heat engine paint held up over the years???
I did not stain that stock set myself, on an different rifle I used red mahogany and it turned out nice but darker. The engine paint held up fine. I sold this rifle in 2018 because I ended up buying an SGL31.
Nah you don't need another GLOCK. Maybe an FN though. Enjoyed the video, subscribed.
It's BEAUTIFUL ❤
I got 2 nice rifles! M1 and 1928! Yea 10.5 barrel is really cool
Where Can You Get This For 80.00 Dollars!!!!!! Please Share Info, Galco Wants 174.00 $$$
I bought it in 2013 so unfortunately the price seems to have went up a lot.
Could you please make a long term 10 year review video? I'd be very interested...
I traded in this Glock 22 for an HK USP 45 Compact in 2015. I wish I would have kept it.
Reproduction M-1 Carbine 2 Mag Pouch, That U Put On The Butt Stock, Can Be Found On AMAZON & All M-1 Carbine's Need A 2 Mag Pouch On Their Stock, lol...
Heavy no capacity expensive to run. Would make a great Boat anchor
Or maybe some people have extra money and can afford a handgun that is about want and not for the practical aspect.
5906 👍
Very nice
Hello, I have a Glock 22 as well. My sites are a bit dull and would like to get a new front sight. It doesn’t have a traditional hex nut the most glocks have. And I can’t find any information about your move it. Any ideas?
You need a special Glock tool to remove the front sight screw from the bottom of the slide.
Back in the 80’s I bought a Colt AR15. Mine had the triangle hand guard. I can’t remember if it was an A1 or A2. I still regret selling it
It sounds like it was an SP1. They are awesome as well! Very collectible and expensive currently.
Stiff lol
The brand new stuff mags is what that speed loader is for btw it works well.
I got the same exact thing! Only mine came with 2 10 round mags…. 😐
My all-time favorite pistol. I shoot mine better than any other pistols I own. I can consistently hit an 8” steel plate (circle) @ 50 yards with my Mk25. Can’t say that about any of my other handguns. Mine is equipped with a TLR-8. Outstanding all-around weapon.
Its also a great pistol to suppress. I bough a factory Sig MK25 threaded barrel and it works great!
The AR-15 has been select fire since inception (XAR1501) circa 1957, there would be no "semi auto" retail model until 1964 (Colt SP1, R6000)
Yeah ive learned a lot since I made this video.
The large hole on the rear side is call the combat sight for short distance. The small hole is for long distance. It’s a 1/12 twist chrome lined barrel.
On the SP1 (M16A1 too) the rear sight aperture is the same hole size, one is on a different plane marked L for longer range. The large hole is on the A2 and modern sights.
223 and 556 are different. Your SP1 out shoots with that long 1 in 12 barrel. Bullet Weight is important.
I know they are different. I know its important.
My first handgun was a g17 then I bought a g22 upper but had to change out the ejector. I think I'll just leave it a 40 from now on
10 years later it’s worth $1200 at gun shops
I would never buy one for even $1000 its not worth it. Its a $700-800 gun brand new in my opinion
You MUST have an aftermarket Lone Wolf Barrel for this to work.but it works fine.
So is reading your comment
just picked up my Colt SOCOM a few days ago. To my disappointment, there is a little wobble on the upper and lower receiver. An AR15 that cost $1500 ( tax, shipping, transfer not included) should not have a loose upper and lower receiver. I've owned several Colt ar15 and they didnt wobble, several Bushmaster ..no wobble, Daniel Defense...no wobble. Am I being too OCD? I can expect a wobble from a $500 ar15, not from a $1500 ar15. What do you think?
There is a tolerance for upper and lower wobble and Colt will always be within that tolerance. It is totally normal. I have a LOT of Colt AR15 rifles and carbines from the 80s to current and some are tighter and some are looser. Dont let it bother you it is very normal.
0 seconds ago Crazy my budget level PSA15 m4 is 100 percent flush with 0 wobble and built like a tank. I paid $520...Sorry but There is absolutely no excuse for a 1500 dollar colt to have this problem
Yeah I picked up my 5906 about 450 uncle Sam sold off tons of 5906 mine is retired US navy.the us sold tons of 1911s and 4inch smithwesson 38s 👍👍👍
Russian capture mauser. Reblued and marked.
Yes that is right, but only reblued where it was marked. The rest of the finish is original you can see the difference up close.
Got the Police Positive Special, man im in love with it😀
5 in barrel i think
There’s no this vs that argument here because the scenario is one of product improvement, the systems are still the same, but clearly the A2 was vastly more versatile with bullet drop compensation sight and a 1/7 twist. The A4 improves further with flattop receiver which can accommodate specialized optics having range finding/BDC capabilities.
My intent of the video was not VS in the sense of which is better argument however I was comparing the rifles to show the differences to point out improvements and upgraded changes. I also am far more educated now than I was 9 years ago when I made this video.
Interesting that the rifle would come with a manual for an A2 since the A4’s detachable carry handle sight has a an elevation increment value of .5 MOA vs. the A2’s value of 1 MOA, meaning perhaps some user trouble zeroing the rifle.
I have an A4 Rock River Arms National Match. Its a tack driver. You have a beautiful rifle there.
Nice to see someone that has a WWI re-introduction like I do. As I mentioned on the other video, it's my favorite. I do love the sights because I grew up using old-school fine sights and I have zero motivation to adjust to sights that seem (to me anyway) block the target area. A very fine pistol, and only 4000 of us in the world have one. That says a lot.
My best 1911. That's the one I have carried since ordering it when they first came out. I know they are collectible, but our time on earth is short and I love it. Mine has the WMK after the ser. no., for Carbonia Blue, and I'm not sure, but I think they put two different finishes on the re-introductions. I did not know this until recently.
8 year update?
I will try to make time. I have since added the matech rear sight and KAC M5 rail.
Do you know if a G17 will fit? I'd rather have a smaller one if it'll fit interchangeably for both.
It will fit it will just hang out of the bottom a little bit.
Nice video. Don’t forget the slight weight difference and barrel twist 1:12 vs. 1:7
I forgot to mention that in the video. Thats right
If u get the 357sig barrel u won't hv to change out the ejector or extractor and u can use the 40mags
WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!
That’s just a beautiful gun
