Very misleading. I purchased thinking it’s as easy as a transition in the video but there’s a large step missing of having adjust and re thread the first seat

A little more transparency would be much appreciated from this to-do video. The process between 1:46 and 1:48 that involved unstrapping the original #1 chair from stroller mode in order to set it up for wagon mode should not have been removed. it takes a lot more than a button to move the original child from stroller to wagon.

How do you do this? I am here for exactly that, just got my stroller yesterday and couldn’t figure it out yet, how to sit the seat upright when it converts from stroller to wagon?

The seat swivels when they turn… kind of dangerous.. is there a fix?
There is a knob that needs to be adjusted depending on the rider mode - this will keep the seat stationary as needed. Your user manual will give you guidance on the settings. Thanks!

We haven't been able to bend our sun topper past the cupholder screw/hook when dismantling. What are we doing wrong? Otherwise love the wagon and topper
You have to fold down the topper before folding the wagon! Just figured this out myself lol

Totally skipped over setting up the first seat! I need to figure out how to unthread the harness to get the first seat back. This is not helpful at all and neither are the instructions that came with it

Where did the canopies go when she folded it
The caravan can be folded with or without the sun canopies attached. If you have limited storage space at home or in your vehicle, you can quickly remove the sun canopies by reversing the installation steps for a more compact package. Hope this helps!

From what it looks like, if you put this thing on you won’t be able to see your kids and your kids can’t really see out. I can’t find this on amazon or in any local stores so It looks like I will need to preorder through Target for $110 plus tax (kind of pricey in my opinion).

Which car seat should I buy for this stroller?
The chit chat stroller cannot be used with a car seat, but our coast stroller is car seat compatible using an adaptor, or our chit chat plus has a full recline that is suitable for a newborn. Visit larktale.com for more information on how to use our strollers with a newborn.
