Then tell me who I can report to when I feel my child’s voice has been suppressed by CPS them self ! Mine too! There is abuse of power going on with child protection services, and I have been silenced and my child not heard about abuse instead me as the parent was punished by CPS basically bribed with an extreme case and protection plan stopping me from being able to move away from abusers forcing me and my child to live in abuse and every time I spoke out . It got worse and now my child was removed from me and they’re not doing the right thing to ensure family success and reunification

If yu are really serious about preventing child abuse, yu could start by attacking the systemic abuse and corruption that occurs in facs and the child protection system. Not to mention they are operating a race based removal policy, by stealing hundreds of koori children each year, often under false pretences, and fabricated lies, all for the enrichment and profit of facs and its hundreds of ngo's. There are many many independent facs reports over the last 20 years that confirm these facts regardless of what facs or this corrupt govt might claim. How is it that they are totally unaccountable for the abuse of our kids in their custody, and bringing them to account for that abuse of our children, even in childrens court is a near impossibility. From what i have found, facs is a for profit enterprise with child theft, kidnapping and trafficking of our children as their core business, disguised as good welfare policy. There are very serious breeches of the crimes act occurring here in facs, all aided and abetted by court appointed solicitors, and a corrupted judiciary with many many children each year, yet all the checks and balances dont se to be effective or work, and the people or depts responsible to ensure that accountability, are all asleep at the wheel. Bought n paid off id suggest. I have been muted and silenced in court, for 7 years now, attempting to get answers and accountability for the physical, emotional, mental and sexual abuse of my kids in facs custody. And until i see facs case workers/ managers charged and convicted for their incompetence, (just as i was), and the abuse of my children there is absolutely zero responsibility or accountability by facs or the "system" in my near 10 years experience with them and the childrens court. I am still fighting for justice for my destroyed family and the child abuse to my children in court as we speak. I have had my kids wrongfully removed and my family destroyed i worked so hard for when i was extremely unwell, based on innuendo, fabricated evidence and discrimination. I was not allowed to defend myself in court and in effect have been given a life sentence, while the blatant abuse of my kids and the disgraceful incompetence of facs staff, is rewarded with a weekly pay packet and a career path to promotion. Systemic institutional intergenerational abuse is not a problem in australia, its been going on for 250 years to first nations people, and no fucked up voice to parliament will stop that abuse.
