  You buy it from the official Peru gov't website. Just search for official MP tickets online. Don't buy from third party websites. And you buy it at least 3 months ahead as the tickets are limited per day.

  In my experience, the only area that I wasn't able to fly my drone was in the Reykjavik area. Other areas of the country, I was able to fly just fine.
