Moi j'ai hâte de reprendre mes classes quotidiennes à mon centre de Fitness. J'avais l'habitude d'y aller 7 jours par semaine. Cela me manque tellement.

Merci. Bonne journée.

I think these guidelines depict multiple scenarios for a failing heart with a multiplicity of problems that simple engineering might resolve. I am 78 a quintuple bypass survivor 15 years just diagnosed with severe pulmonary regurgitation and mild to moderate tricuspid and mitral valve regurgitation. My overall health is otherwise excellent. Physically active, mildly symptomatic. On LASIC diuretic to treat leg and abdomen edema successfully I am looking for looking for some organization that would consider clipping my mitral valve, doing TAVR equivalent with a bio valve on the other two valves. Any level of surgery required is fine. I calculate the risks are low against benefits. My experience in designing this fix is an engineering mentality. Who'd do this kind of work? Ideas?

I had 4 attempts at getting a lymph node sample for a biopsy. The 1st 3 attempts failed and then required day surgery in order to get a sample for biopsy for the 4th. In Nov. 2023 I was told I had non necrotising granuloma - sarcoidosis. So far I am not aware if it is pulmonary or cardiac sarcoidosis as of yet. I had a Ross procedure performed in Sept. 2022 that had complications with pneumonia. I also have a persistent cough that I have had since May 2017 that has no connection to the sarcoidosis.

I have stroke symptoms of vision lose in my right eye that comes and goes. I have had this for 6 years even after carotid artery surgery. I can't take statins, I have had an arythmia all my life I'm 67 now and just been diagnosed with A-fib, I don't know how long that I have had it. I have just completed the chemical stress test in the hospital. I'm taking 60mg. propranolol times 2 for blood pressure and essential tremor, and apixaban 7.5mg. twice a day , I also take 5mg. ramipril twice a day. I do believe that I have a blood clot by my optic nerve that is causing the vision loss. None of the meds dissolve clots so I am going to have a talk with my specialist about going off the medds and taking Nattokinase for 2 months to disolve the clot. It also dissolves placc and collesterol in the veins. It's a win,win if it works and it also does everything that the other meds do to. I hope that the specialist will go for it because I'm fed-up taking meds that don't help. The problem with Apixiban is it will stop clots from forming but it won't dissolve existing clots once you have them !!!

It makes no sense to me that patients with paroxysmal A-Fib and permanent A-Fib should be treated the same way. Why not use a pill in the pocket approach for the former? There are many ways to detect an A-Fib episode these days.
